The location is perfect, near shopping and the church and the old part of the village. The apartment was fully equipped and was very clean. Extremely quiet neighbourhood.Hot and cold water was perfect. We plan to come again with our children as soon as we can. Wonderful resort. The scenery in Zermatt is magnificent. Breathtaking! Its a good idea to download the Zermatt app as the maps are better than from the tourist office
The shower could be better. It was not possible to fix the shower head to the wall without it moving around from the water pressure. A small addition of a shower head holder would make it perfect. There could have been some information given on the free buses that were available in town. If you end up in Winkelmatten after waling down the mountain, its a long walk to the centre. The app has the information about the two bus lines (Green and red)

We loved it very much. The location, beautiful chalet with unbelievable wood work and personal touches. The amenities top notch ! Very friendly, helpful and gracious host. Daniela was the best. She made our stay perfect!
