Great apartment in the middle of Zermatt. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location perfect, clean, had everything we needed

Nothing! The lift is tiny so luggage may need a couple of trips but it was great! Laundry is coin operated.

Value for money by Swiss standards.

Great location only 10min walk from the train station yet close to the centre of the village. Easy to get to with luggage. Small but well equipped. Lift access. Good view to church and close to climber's cemetery. Church bell chimes regularly during the day but stops at night. Comfortable bed and good sound proofing.

Directions to get into the apartment were a little unclear and didn't allow for building work. Construction works underway which we were warned about but didn't bother us as we were there on a public holiday and weekend. Instructions for washing machine and garbage collection on a QR code by the door which we didn't find on the first day. Might have been better to have it on the table. There is a washing machine in the apartment block, but you need Swiss francs.

We had a most wonderful stay and would love to come back as soon as possible. Super customer service

The location was absolutely perfect: right in the heart of the little town with easy acces to literally anywhere, and still peaceful and quiet. The place was spacious, clean and bright. Response times and general customer service of the Mountain Exposure team were impeccable. Thank you Ecaterina, Stefan,and Nick!!!

The bed in the "master bedroom" as well as the couch in the living room have seen better days and were not really comfortable. But none of this took anything away from us having an amazing and unforgettable vacation!!!

Very nice property where you can feel homely stay. Staff are very responsive and very helpful. Property is very nice and excellent maintained. Location is prime. All tourist points are close to property with walking distance. I specially thanks to staff for making our stay lovely.

Wonderful location, great cosy apartment for a couple, loved it.

The location in the town could not be better, just a short walk from the station. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, even down to coffee pods, washing machine tabs etc. Very comfortable, nice to have the balcony. We had a small issue with the sink, fixed in a flash with excellent comms.

Nothing, would have liked to have a tiny bedside table on each side of the bed but that’s only a suggestion.

Perfect location and very comfortable with a gtrat view of the Matterhorn

Having an apartment, we could prepare our own meals was ideal, and being quite close to the main town attractions. The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was so special

Just amazing, views to die for, the peace and tranquillity.

The view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. Nice size apartment with everything we needed on one level. Elevator if needed with heavy luggage. Sounds of the dawn chorus and the melt water streams. The peace and tranquillity. The MX team were so kind, bringing us a bag of essentials late in the evening after the power went off in Zermatt. We didn’t as for this, they just did it 😀

None of these things would put us off staying again as the good things massively out weigh the bad so don’t be put off, these are just our observations. The patio door needs some maintenance and was a bit difficult to open and close, it felt like the handle was going to fall off. The shower head and doors could do with being replaced. The oven looked nice but we didn’t use it as there weren’t any trays.

Perfect in every way and so much better than staying in a hotel.

Perfect position, close to slopes, shops and restaurants. A grate base for the wonderful skiing that is available in Zermatt.

Would not return to that apartment because it cannot be locked from the inside.

No breakfast included. Excellent location. Kitchen facilities were adequate. There was a very nice coffee maker that uses pods, and a rusted kettle. Large spice rack. Excellent oven . Very good shower. Bathroom and room small but adequate. Nice balcony with view of Matterhorn. Balcony had two chairs a small table, a clothes tender and an ashtray.

There were enough pots and pans but only one lid. No toaster, no microwave. Somebody was smoking most evenings and some mornings in a near balcony. The property keys were waiting for us on arrival; the apartment was unlocked. We were only told the floor where the apartment is, but not which one; so we had to try several doors until we found one that was unlocked. As we were told right before check in, it is impossible to lock the apartment from the inside. The door to the building was always unlocked. Laundry room on ground floor has three washer and three dryers. You pay using a card provided. Our card had a balance of 5.60 SFr, which was enough for one wash. To discard household trash you have to walk a little over 300 ft and also go down 23 steps or take an elevator. Then you had to go back the same way.

The location was excellent as we were going to a wedding at the church with the reception nearby. There were lots of coffee shops - recommend "Cups" and a grocery close by.

Beautiful views in a nice cosy space!

Nice space, perfect for 2! The view from the balcony was amazing. The property is a nice distance away from the centre, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. This is good because it means it is quieter. The bed was super comfy which meant a great night's sleep!

The property could have been better equip with cooking utensils. We were lacking some utensils in the apartment, which meant we were limited in what we could cook. We were only there for a few nights though so we could get by for what we needed. The instructions to get the the accommodation were a bit inaccurate as they used places that have closed down as a point of reference, but once we found the building the instructions were easy to follow.

Zermatt is an expensive place to stay and this is relatively cheap in comparison but...

Its located quite close to main train station in a mainly residential area.

Check-in instruction to get to the building was inaccurate. Luckily I could work out the landmarks given were no longer in existence. The property is in a residential apartment and we have to ask some residents how to operate the washing machine.

A pleasant stay but may look for another one next time

Location: Basically all hotels or apartments are in the town can’t go wrong as it is a small town.

Nothing really about the property itself but point to be noted is the building is next to the stream which could be noisy to some people though not me. The administration was not professional enough. First they gave me the key of the wrong apartment. I was so shocked when I entered the room. It was surely not a ready room for guest. Second I couldn’t find the dish washing detergent and in the end, they apologised and bought it to me the next day.

EXCELLENT THIRD STAY

This is the third time we have stayed in the studio lodge apartments and it was so clean and functional, with really comfy beds it makes us enjoy our holiday even more. The location is excellent and we will be coming back in the future

Clean apartment. View on the Matterhorn. Close to the train station. The host was very friendly and accepted to make the check in in the morning. He also came back the same day to repair the door handle. The kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet apartment, we could sleep without any noise. Wifi available.

The light over the kitchen table was not very bright. The mattress of the bed was a bit hard for me, but I understand that this is a very controversial subject. It would have been nice to have salt, sugar, tee and or coffe available, without having to buy a big pack for 3 days stay.
