Comfortable and great location as it was easy to get around Zermatt from here. I loved the balcony that you can sit on and enjoy the views. The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly.
Everything was perfect except the church bells. They ring every 15 minutes all day starting around 6am until 8pm. You can not sleep in. On Thursday the bells rang for 8 minutes straight, so that’s kind of awful after you’ve been hiking intensely the day before and want the extra rest, however it did not stop me from extending my stay just for how perfect everything else about the place was!

The whole experience of staying in the Studio Madeleine in Zermatt was exceptional. The communication about matters and directions to the location was good and the outlook over the Church and town was perfect for us. The unit was very comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony over the river and the resultant rushing river sounds. The ring of the church bells was a real treat as we don't get that in Australia all that much. Loved the whole place!
Nothing really!!! However, we had a little trouble paying the city tax prior to arrival. Overseas tourists from places not in Europe, like Australia (us) do not necessarily have the log-in and/or full capability to pay accounts perhaps the way that they are completed by folk who are from Europe. We got there in the end, but it was a bit more difficult than it should have been.

Its located quite close to main train station in a mainly residential area.
Check-in instruction to get to the building was inaccurate. Luckily I could work out the landmarks given were no longer in existence. The property is in a residential apartment and we have to ask some residents how to operate the washing machine.
