The wonderful animal friendliness. An absolute joy to spend the money to have your best friend or service animal with you. I have really bad anxiety so this means the world to people like me. thank you times ten.

Breakfast area was very clean the food was cooked well.

However the breakfast choice of meat was bad sausage links tasted like rank meat. The just ice was HOT! ALSO THE POOL AREA WAS HORRIBLE. THE REASON WE CAME WAS TO TAKE MY FAMILY SWIMMING. THIS WAS A STAYCATION, THAT WAS RUINED BECAUSE WE COULD NOT T ENJOY THE POOL AREA. THE CHAIRS WAS ALL MOLDED AND YOU COULD CUT THE THICKNESS IN THE AIR WITH A STICK. LET DISCUSS THE POOL IT SELF, IT WAS GREEN AND THINGS WAS FLOATING IN IT LIKE BUGGS.

The room was spacious for the level/type we paid for. The location is excellent and close to everything. The staff was amazing!!!!!!!

The pool area needed some love...misc clothing and towels left by other guests and the pool room temperature was too cool for swimming.

I loved the pool area. Very nice gym. Beautiful breakfast layout.

I know you're new to pets so it's not so much a complaint as it is a suggestion. It would be nice to have an enclosed area for the dogs with potty bags and garbage cans. I went prepared but sometimes people forget.

The manager contacting me several times informing me that I needed to come down to the lobby to pay for the following night. I informed him that I would strip by the front desk prior to my departure for work in the morning. He insisted I come now. After being at the Hilton on several occasions, it was rude and disrespectful to contact me several times to come to the front desk when I could do so on my way to work. Additionally, there were several young men doing inappropriate things inside of the property. The hotel and elevators smelled like weed. It was atrocious. Then upon me entering into the lobby, one of the young men specifically asked me if I wanted to purchase any weed. This was done in the presence of the staff on duty. I became a bit frightened because the staff did nothing and they could know my room number to further harass me.

Check in was great. Staff member that checked us in was kind. Room was clean.

Doorbell was broken and triggered room’s fire alarm every time it rang which scared us and woke us out of our sleep each time. Day one the pool was extremely strong in chemical smell. Our eyes burned and the children couldn’t stop coughing so we had to exit the pool. There were no towels in pool area so we had to use our room towels. When we used the three towels in the room, we had to call down to front desk multiple times to get fresh towels while we were told there weren’t any clean towels and we had to wait. Waited hours and no towels were delivered so we had to keep the chemicals on us until after 11pm and going down to lobby where we were given two towels the 5 of us had to share just to shower. The room above us partied until after midnight, front desk said they would go up there but didn’t seem to get the noise down. Checkout day. Breakfast was good, hot, and fresh. The staff kept the area clean. There were so many unattended unsupervised children rudely making messes and jumping the line. By this time I was just ready to go. The kids wanted to go to the pool, since the previous day was cut so short. 10 minutes into the pool session, the children started coughing, crying and vomiting. Not just my children but two others not with us. The staff came down and suggested it was too much chemical in the pool and that it had just been “ shock treated”. I called down to the front desk and they told me they closed the pool. I let her know that my children were ill because of it. She said she oils tell the manager who wasn’t in and that he would call me. Spent the rest of the day nursing my kids. My youngest has an awful rash all over from how strong the pool was. Terrible experience overall.
