Everything was top notch. The breakfast bar, the linens, the rooms. We were comfortable, and it was clean.

I just needed a little help with that card thing for the lights. Maybe put a night light there, as it was hard to see. But, pretty easy to use.

A comfortable night at the Hampton Inn

The property was very clean. Room was spacious. Booking and check in was easy. The two young ladies who came to get the TV back working were very friendly.

Hilton has always given me and my guest a free bottle of water but they apparently no longer do this. I have been a Hilton Honors member 10 years and this is the first time I had to make a $100. deposit. Then they charged my account $110. Although the room was left in excellent condition, I will not get the deposit back for 7 days.

The check in process was grueling and extremely stressful. There were never any towels in the pool area. There was a problem with our bathroom door that could have potentially been very hazardous.

A great breakfast spread..I did not get name of housekeeper..but he did not hesitate to provide the extra items I asked for.

I noticed that the pull out bed had not been properly pulled out and sanitized, as there was food left on top of bed.
