We checked in, my wife showered we left for a concert. When we got back we showered. It was a hot sweaty concert. We used 3 towels at that point. I woke up showered.My wife asked if I could grab her a fresh towel. To our surprise they didn’t have any clean towels available.. my wife was not impressed

They couldn't check me in even after waiting for over an hour. Seems their servers were down and none of their systems were working.

The bed was comfortable with great amenities. Very quiet room. Only negatives were that my dog found food on the floor, ice maker was noisy (even when turned off), paper towels were not replaced, and no one at front desk. Also, located on a noisy side street where trucks go up and down.

The receptionist that checked me in gave me the incorrect number for a second night stay. When I tried to book my second night they did not honor that number. My room was not properly cleaned there was hair all over the room . On the towels and in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the poor service and standard of cleanliness here.

Asked clerk if pool was functioning before checking in. 15 minutes later pool closed before we could use and would not give refund.

The staff at the hotel was helpful and did what they could to make our stay more comfortable. However, the first room we were in had a previous guest’s dirty clothes under the bed, the closet had an awful smell and we found a bed bug in the room. When we alerted the staff of the bed bug, they had us move rooms, to a much smaller room as that’s all they had available. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this property again. The staff mentioned we should be getting a refund for the room but have yet to receive a credit.

The room we checked in had dog or cat hair all over the carpet from the guest that used the room also the other room I stayed in had old trash up under the sink in the kitchen from the previous guest….i really had a video vs photos tho our room was switched I booked two double rooms n got two king rooms I didn’t even get what i thought I was paying for.!!!!

We have stayed here before and had no issues. This time we had to talk to the front desk four times (3 hours of waiting) about a plumbing problem with our toilet. It wasn’t until I emailed the general manager that something was done. We ended up being late for an event that we had come to Detroit for. The staff and general manager were attentive to us after I sent the email. I doubt we will be back though.

When I got there my room wasn’t ready yet others were coming in getting rooms then when I get there the room was damaged and I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she tells me that she have service other guest as if I didn’t have reservations and then told her I am a guest and I’m here first she needs to take care of me first she then replied when something comes available I would be moved but I will never visit again I wasn’t satisfied at all

The property was aware that it was previous smokers in the role that they had reserved for me still place me in the wrong I complain about the smell. It was very potent and strong did not accommodate only the carpet once and told me to basically get over it

The suite was lovely and easy and smooth check in process. Only thing I would advise, let your guests know about the card operating the lights and how to cut off/on the lights and have more options for vegetarians and people that do not eat pork
