Efficient check in, surprisingly good internet, room was quite a good size and comfy bed.
The light and fan kept randomly turning on in the (ensuite) bathroom throughout the night, even with the door shut it was disturbing.

Everything was amazing, staff were super helpful and friendly. Great kitchen, everything you needed and very clean. Location was amazing right next door to The Listers Arm pub. Fabulous walk up to Malham Cove. We will be back thank you

This is so much better than I expected, comfortable, great staff, friendly fun adventure people staying together. Great food available.

The members of staff who liaised with me about some awkward booking issues were very accommodating and helpful. The showers were apparently very good.
Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel and the self catering kitchen was also much too small for the numbers who wanted to use it at breakfast time. PLUS... we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order to actually press the numbers and symbols in! :-l
