Beautiful location with a gorgeous board walk 2mins away, steam strain cafe also - so pretty, plenty of parking & the pub itself is super cosy, warm & lovely. Staff were just lovely, so friendly & nice they made the place.
Breakfast was lovely, food was excellent the full english, eggs Benedict & buffet was fab, service again was great, staff super lovely cant fault them
Dinner wasn’t great, food was unfortunately not to our liking the med soup was just a bowl of ratatouille, chicken supreme was tasteless :( It needs more atmosphere when eating, some
music/something, just felt off…but cant fault the staff, food was just lacking

The location is good and the hotel surroundings lovely.
The room was either too hot or freezing. Cleanliness could do with a ramp up. Put my clothes on shelves and when I took them off to wear them they were covered in dust! The curtains needed fixing and didn’t close properly.
The room and bathroom was looking tired and could do with some tlc.
