Flat 5 is a lovely first floor apartment in the seaside village of Lynmouth in the Exmoor National Park. This apartment sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is the convenience of off road parking for one car. With wonderful sea and village views, Flat 5 is an ideal base for a couple with lots to see and do in the area, including relaxing on sandy beaches, exploring seaside resorts and visits to National Trust properties. Note: First £5 pounds of electricity inc. in rent, remainder by coin meter. Note: The double bedroom is open to the corridor with a privacy curtain if required. Note: Building accessed on foot via a set of exterior steps and apartment accessed via an interior curved staircase. Please be reminded that due to the unique elevated position of this property, care is needed when using the path down to the harbour - we do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.
