Perfect

Lovely flat views of the sea & river, perfect location. Warm & cosy on arrival, very clean. This flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bathroom is beautiful. Dog bowls & blankets provided & a personalised treat box for our dog was very thoughtful. Great location in the centre of lynmouth, really is a great place to stay.

Didn’t find the bed comfy felt like rolling to the middle. It’s a personal choice with beds I think. Found the stairs tricky with our luggage & bad knees. But wort it to get to a really lovely clean flat with great views

Super comfortable and clean stay

The location was perfect and views from the windows, so relaxing. It’s probably the cleanest and best equipped property I’ve stayed at, the scones, tea, coffee and milk were such a thoughtful touch, communication with the owner was very pleasant and informative, thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location and a very comfortable stay. Right in the heart of Lynmouth with a view of the river and the sea. Stay is very clean and comfortable

My only compliant would be the kitchen facilities are lacking slightly. Covers all the basic requirements, but felt quite sparse and overlooked in an otherwise lovely place to stay

This flat is beautifully positioned within the centre of Lynmouth with amazing views out to sea. It’s extremely comfortable and we literally won’t stay anywhere else - if it’s not free - we don’t go! Love love love

Lovely relaxing weekend

It was lovely being so close to the sea front and having coastal walks on the doorstep was a bonus. It was nice having a designated parking space once parked up we didn’t use the car all weekend. Would definitely stay here again it was a lovely place.

The bedroom door wouldn’t shut because the door got stuck on the carpet.

Location was very good with lovely views. Postmans rest was very clean with everything you need for a short stay . Cream tea was a very nice . Parking was a great bonus. We would love to stay again . Great places to eat out in Lynmouth & Lynton .

The location is perfect and the host ensured we had everything we need! As she knew about our anniversary trip, we arrived to a card and a bottle of prosecco. So thoughtful!

Really liked its location in Lymington. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable.

Our perfect getaway location

This upstairs flat is just the perfect location in Lynmouth. We are returning customers to what we now call ‘our special place’ - the hosts are so thoughtful, it was my husbands birthday and along with homemade scones, homemade jam and clotted cream was a bottle of prosecco and a birthday card 👏🏻🙏🏻

Fabulous in all respects

Talk about instantly relax. A wonderful apartment with everything you need plus a scone and cream upon arrival. Beautiful shower and bath, and the separate lounge area made for some cozy relaxing in front of the TV in the evenings. The car park is also a real bonus for your stay in this picturesque town. Highly recommend this one.

Convenient parking close to accommodation. Apartment was gorgeous and some lovely little treats were awaiting our arrival which was really thoughtful. Everything you need nearby and can hop onto the Cliffs Railway to Lynton. We will definitely go back 😃

Exceptional

An unexpected and very welcome cream tea was provided on arrival - two large scones with jam and clotted cream. Spotlessly clean apartment. Very well appointed kitchen. Lovely king size bed. Excellent views from the lounge. The bathroom was exceptional. All rooms were of a good size. Full marks! We had a good walk to Watersmeet and a great meal at the Blue Ball Inn at Countisbury. The funicular railway saved our legs for a trip up to Lynton, but we had walked up the previous day too!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Location was amazing- right in the middle of Lynmouth. The apartment was clean and cosy, and the hosts were super helpful and responded very quickly. The scones that were waiting when we arrived was a lovely touch!
