Apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the views from the lounge and bedroom excellent, and the location was superb. Reserved car parking very helpful. Apart from the stairs a 10
For us the bed was a little soft. NOT a complaint as some people would love it, but we prefer a harder bed. The stairs to access the apartment was the only downside to a very good apartment.

Great location for exploring Lynmouth and Lynton. Lovely, clean and spacious apartment with a sea view.. Owners were so helpful allowing us to bring our dog with us at short notice, even supplying a gift for her!
The plumbing...lol...played up and needed a plumber call out x 2. Lovely shower and bath but pipes rattled and vibrated when water was run! Owner was quick to respond and act however and we were able to use both in the end.

This flat is well located in the heart of Lynmouth, close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Very nice views of the river and the sea from the lounge and bedroom windows . There are numerous scenic walks around this property. Ideal for a three night stay in Lynmouth. On our arrival, we found that the host left us a cream tea and a bottle of milk in the fridge - a very nice surprise and very welcome.
It was awkward carrying our bags up the stairs to the flat but this is not a criticism, just an observation.

The property was absolutely spotless. Spacious, with classy decor and very well positioned, giving us views to the sea. Brilliant hosts, who were so attentive with Comms,throughout. Extra lovely touches, like a cream tea and a named, doggie box for our whippet. Highly recommend this stunning apartment.
