The property was spotlessly clean . It was well equipped . The owner provided us with scones and jam and cream and milk which we really enjoyed and appreciated. The property is comfortable and cosy.

The Eaves is in a stunning location with fabulous views and a short stroll from Lynton and Lynmouth.
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and bright, with a fun, upcycling vibe to some of the fixtures.
Our hosts were friendly, helpful and communicative.
That we had to go home!
