In a fantastic quiet location yet near to the centre of lynmouth. 5 minute brisk walk and into the harbour. Sound of the stream outside was relaxing. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hanging space and draws for clothes. Lounge was cosy and fire quickly warmed the room up. Electric heaters upstairs warmed up quickly. Shower was lovely and hot. Kitchen had all we needed. A gate secured the property, great for our two small dogs to go outside. Clean throughout. We will return.

The location is good, the property warm and clean.. instructions were clear.
All good - possibly a few little touches for a guest at arrival - like small milk, some olive oil etc.

hello, thank you for a nice holiday. The apartment was well equipped and had fresh bedding and towels, plus plenty of hot water and a beautiful view.
I just wanted to mention that the bathroom door kept locking people in and it required two people turning the handles from either side in order to get out. The blinds were very thin, cheap plastic and were also broken in that the gripper at the top of the blind had to be manipulated in order to keep the blind up and they occasionally suddenly dropped down. The property needs a doormat as we kept having to wipe the kitchen floor with the spare hand towels when coming in from the rain as big puddles formed. The dining table hinges were also badly glued together so we could only use half of it. The shower drain also was very slow and we tried to unblock it, but that probably needs sorting. These were all minor inconveniences, and overall we had a good experience.
