Excellent location, situated just off the A361 but couldn't hear the traffic.
Large rooms with everything you'd expect. Situated above the bar I was a little worried about the noise but heard absolutely nothing.
Bar food available and breakfast was filling
Only complaints are, the softness of the pillows and that breakfast was not included.

Food & cleanliness were good. Food very impressive & good value. Nice to have bar on site.

It was warm once found out how to turn on fire & heating.
Changing the accommodation was easy & lady on the phone was very helpful
Good to have 2 bedrooms due to snoring husband ( and dog!!)

About 20 minute walk into south molten.
Originally booked an apartment but changed to a static as thought would be better for dog. Booking .com didn't update this so we didn't realise that we didn't have towels provided. I trued to rent some but that wasn't available. Luckily the shop had a couple that were left over from summer & I bought two.
The small single beds were uncomfortable, even though I'm a small adult. Could do with better mattresses.
The blind in the kitchen is broken and not able to be used. Just touching it, it falls to pieces.
Hand soap in the bathroom would have been helpful.
There were no details as to how to use the TV, fire or heating . No details regarding the site, facilities etc in the caravan so if you arrive after reception has closed you are pretty much in the dark.
We were visiting family in south Molton but I don't know why else you would stay at Riverside. .
