OK if you're fit and healthy and have a small car which can manage to pull you up the hills.
The view was stunning. We were in apartment 3. Both Lynmouth and Lynton are lovely
We had to pay for electricity which isn't mentioned when booking which is extra on top of what you have already paid. Very steep to get to in a car and also walking up and down to Lynmouth and Lynton, we hadn't realised. Plus a wide spiral stairs to get up to the apartments. Every morning didn't need an alarm clock as the apartment next door's kitchen backs onto the small double bedroom where we were sleeping. Take some kitchen roll to wipe the windows in the bedroom.

No breakfast provided so we brought our own
Access was a bit difficult- initially hard to find and roads and paths achte and narrow. Parking was ok but quite a few cars in a small area.

Lovely family holiday
The views are amazing and had all that we needed.
The shower temperature fluctuates a lot which isn’t good with children, also it’s quite a hill to walk up/down so bear this in mind when booking.
