Great location with parking. The apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped and was spotless.

Nothing happy with it

Location is fabulous and the apartment was spotless. To access the property there are some quite step steeps - totally fine for us but may be difficult for those with more limited mobility. It was a lovely surprise to find tea, coffee, milk and homemade scones for a cream tea on arrival (these small touches make ALL the difference). Great to have a dedicated parking space.

It was a shame the TV wasn't working (it might have been nice to have been warned about that) but that has now been replaced.

Location was perfect, nice size one bedroom apartment

Although owner requests dogs not to be allowed into bedroom, people who have stayed clearly ignored, dog’s hairs found on blanket luckily we didn’t need to use item. free toiletries, none left for our stay received apology, 5 sachets of shower/hair gel dropped off. Very difficult to open and about one teaspoon in each we had brought a small amount of our own toiletries luckily, no supermarket in lynmouth which highlighted the importance of ensuring items are either provided or not included in accommodation description. No normal tea only green, earl grey & flavour. Dog ball found under sofa
