Everything was as described to me in the communications.
We even had scones and Jam in the fridge!
The only thing that we didn't like - the bed was uncomfortable. I am sure this is a personal thing, but for us we both struggled with this.

Very well equipped apartment in great location. Lynmouth is a delightful place, walks from the door. Even in March off season we had a choice of places to eat

Great location in the heart of Lynmouth. The hosts gave perfect instructions for finding the parking space and the appartment. The keys were in a locked box and had there been any issues I could have contacted the hosts.
The appartment itself was very clean. spacious and comfortable. The hosts made me feel very welcome with some extra touches :)

Location was perfect, nice size one bedroom apartment
Although owner requests dogs not to be allowed into bedroom, people who have stayed clearly ignored, dog’s hairs found on blanket luckily we didn’t need to use item.
free toiletries, none left for our stay received apology, 5 sachets of shower/hair gel dropped off. Very difficult to open and about one teaspoon in each we had brought a small amount of our own toiletries luckily, no supermarket in lynmouth which highlighted the importance of ensuring items are either provided or not included in accommodation description.
No normal tea only green, earl grey & flavour.
