The hotel is clean with a decent breakfast. I love the location because it is very convenient and comfortable to get to the lake. The view from the rooms is lovely. You can see Limone across the lake, and you can see all the different watersport activities taking place. The staff is very hospitable and happy to help you with what you need. I love that they are dog-friendly. I have a big dog, an Alaskan Malamute, and the staff is very welcoming. I love the laid-back chill vibe it has.

The hotel coffee at breakfast is not very good. I would recommend just going downstairs and ordering a coffee from the hotel lobby; it is much better. It is worth paying the extra euro for it. I would have liked a stronger AC unit as the room can get a bit warm for me, but I am one of those people who like a cold room.

The breakfast, the eggs could have been made better by a teenager. The clientele was relatively old. It has a really old feel to it, the staff were not that friendly and welcoming.

we ordered a room with 1 double bed but we got 2 seperate beds. after we complained someone came and put 1 sheet on the beds but it didnt help much. we had to search for someone to get a remote for the air conditioner, and after turning it on, it appeared that it was leaking. checkout was very early, and parking was with additional payment. not worth the money at all. we were very disappointed.

wifi even present, couldnt connect (even after registration). Doesnt have a restaurant, only for prepaid meals. No a la carte food. Doesn't have its own beach. Didnt want to agree for late checkout (till noon) even the check-in is at 4pm, same with parking

Food is mediocre (though at least cheap). Our room was above the restaurant and one could not open the window without food smell.

The view was spectacular from the room overlook to the Garda lake. The housemaid was polite and helpful clean our room daily.

One of the lady at reception was really unexpectable rude 20th September possible because we dont speak german??!!! Our opinion was all the german guest got more attention from the staff. One of the day the staff running to the garage and shouting and ask us why we parking there, we said because we paid for internal garage (6 euros/day). It was really uncomfortable for us why he asking that after 5 days? It is shame they do not know which guest have had parking permission over there even if the guest stay longer. Outside around pool and that wasn't any option to lay down because some of the guest occupied the chairs by towel. The pool water was too cold. The cramped parking spaces in the underground car park which could only be reached by a tightly. Very good maneuvering and driving skills required! When it is raining no shelter of the balcony. Sorry but my feel is a little bit disappointed...

A piece of paradise on lake garda! Lovely room..huge comfy bed and great shower. Food was delicious with great variety at breakfast ,lunch and dinner. Best view of lake from terrace. Pool area was lovely and quiet and a real suntrap..Best thing about the hotel was the staff..all so helpful and welcoming..hope to return one day! Superb value

Gutes Frühstück, komfortables Bett, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind zweckmäßig modern und sauber

Pool schien nicht in Betrieb zu sein, da Wasser sehr milchig war. Außerdem ist eine Unterwasser Beleuchtung aus der Halterung gefallen. Bei 3 von 5 Cabanas war der Lattenrost gebrochen. Und bei einigen Poolliegen klebte der Boden noch vom Alkohol

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage verbracht.

Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche sind gut ausgestattet. So gar eine Tiefgarage mit Fahrzeug-Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden ( ein bisschen eng geht es da zu aber für den Opel Zafira Tourer hat es gepasst).😀 Auch die Verpflegung (Frühstück und Abendbuffet) waren gut. Strand, Bushaltestelle und Surfschule sind direkt vorm Hotel.
