Great location in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was excellent. A golf cart picked us and our luggage up at the public parking lot to the apartment, which is great. The restaurant/bistro downstairs and next door is excellent and very popular. The polish girl (Agata?) who served us during breakfast was very friendly. She answered a lot of our questions about local attractions, transportation, and restaurant recommendations.

Not much. On some days, the tables on the balcony at the restaurant were not made available to guests during breakfast. The closets and night stands by our bed were not in the best shape with missing handles.

The hotel was perfect in every way, we were in the top apartment with balcony. The location was ideal for exploring Limone sul Garda and surrounding areas. The breakfasts in the dining room were a pleasure , we even managed a couple breakfasts On the balcony , bliss! We had a couple of dinners which were delicious. The hotel provided free parking at one of the car parks, taking us to the hotel in an electric buggy. On a couple of occasions we walked to the pebble beach and swam in the lake. This hotel Is perfect for a truly Italian experience.

This relatively small B&B with a restaurant is housed in a charming, character-filled building in beautiful, lively Limone. The parking facilities, including the shuttle service, are excellent. The staff (especially the lady who handled breakfast) are very friendly and helpful; the young man who "welcomed" us upon arrival didn't seem all that friendly at first, but once we got to know each other a bit, he turned out to be a great guy. The highlight of the stay, however, is the restaurant. Delicious food, wonderful wines, and excellent service. Top-notch.

We had two rooms. Our son and we stayed in the unit (with two bedrooms) on the top floor. (The spiral staircase was a challenge with our luggage, but that’s part of the building's character) Everything was excellent—spacious, good air conditioning, nove vieuw on the lake and moutains on the terrace etc.—except that the stairs leading to the kitchen weren't entirely clean and the wall decor was hideous (though that’s a matter of taste, and the room was otherwise beautifully furnished). Our daughter had a room on the first floor. The glass partition between the shower/toilet area and the rest of the room was a bit odd; furthermore, the shower emitted an unpleasant sewage smell and the drain wasn't clean—according to our daughter—which negatively affected the overall experience. Without that, we would have given it a 9.

Most of the staff weren’t nice or welcoming (except one). The room smelled a bit weird.
