I don't recall the advises received before we arrived telling us the check in was in the restaurant below, and we ended up working that out ourselves when we couldn't get in on arrival

Exceptional boutique property. We loved our stay here. Couldn't fault anything.

We L O V E D this property. It was beyond our expectations. Spacious room, spacious bathrooms, central to everything - bars, restaurants, ferries, shops - we were right in the middle of everything we needed. The staff were all super friendly, attentive and very, very helpful. We felt like we were family by the time we left. Breakfast on the balcony of their on-site restaurant was a delight every morning - you chose from a small (but more than adequate) menu and the cost of this was included in the room rate. Their restaurant dining room was beautiful - you could also dine out on the street/alley-way as well which they referred to as their 'garden' location. Would stay again if we were visiting Limone and would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing location in the old town. Cozy and modern but carefully renovated flats with charm. Free parking in garage and shuttlebuss service from the garage to the hotel. Really nice when you fit luggage on wheel with old stonebrick alleys. Also great breakfast!

Perfect place for a short stay, great location and facilities.

The location was fantastic. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit which was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The parking facilities were well organized.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was set to heating mode even though we were in spring. As the unit was getting up to 25 deg in the night, we requested it to be changed but apparently this wasn't possible. Unsure why this was.

Lovely accommodation in Limone sul Garda! 🍋

A beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment, tastefully decorated and offering a lovely view of the lake. The terrace where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning. The breakfast itself was generous, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Very noisy in our room from the restaurant downstairs coming through the floorboards, it would’ve been the perfect stay otherwise but we had difficulty sleeping (including our baby) until the restaurant closed late at night. This wouldn’t bother people who are out later than us.

toilet area has glass walls. the shades are available but do not provide much privacy. Both areas, toilet and a shower (separate) have glass walls. in the morning of our first day we were asked to sit inside for breakfast while many tables outside were available . as guests of the hotel we should have been given a choice of where to enjoy our breakfast.

Perfect apartment, in a perfect location

The view from the balcony of our two bedroom apartment was fabulous! We stayed for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfasts were served by very professional staff, and were always delicious. Our room was cleaned to a high standard, and toiletries and towels replaced every day. We had the tasting menu in the restaurant one night, and it was amazing! We’ve been to numerous Michelin Starred restaurants, and Bistro L’Andrunel is definitely up there! The communication before our arrival was good, and we found the carpark and shuttle run system worked flawlessly. The free use of the lovely pool up at Residence Dalco was a lovely added bonus in the scorching July heat. We can’t wait to visit again soon! 😊

Bathroom has a clear glass wall. People inside the room can see what's happening inside the bathroom 😅 No luggage service to help you take it inside the room. Don't take too much luggage! Don't take heavy bags! You will find it difficult to access the room when you have too much luggage with you. Bad check-in experience. I came to the facility by car and I tried to notify the host more than once before check-in to get the exact location of parking area and the instructions. The host told me to ask the information office after arrival. I had no choice but to do what they said, but after arrival to the information office I needed to park for few minutes so I can stop and ask. I am a tourist so I don't know where should I park. I decided to go inside a big parking garage building right in front of me. After I park inside, I headed to the information office and I found a very unfriendly lady telling me that I have to take the car out of the garage then get a ticket from her then go inside again. I told her that the parking garage gate won't open because I don't have a ticket. She said no the first 15 minutes are for free. I said ok then I headed again to the car to take it out and guess what! The gate won't open! Thanks to the false information from the unfriendly lady at the information center! I was in a very bad situation, I can't go out of the garage because the gate won't open and I can't go back inside because there's a line of cars behind me! Anyway long story! All that suffering was possible to avoid if I had the exact location and the exact instructions on what do before I arrive!

Absolutely loved my time

Location is amazing, the apartment is right in the heart of the old town but with the added benefit of being able to park in the main car park and then being delivered by golf buggy to your apartment. The food at the hotel was amazing!!!! 10 out of 10 for service and quality it couldn't have been any nicer. We had the top floor two bed apartment, which was exceptional it had all the kitchen facilities you could wish for. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here.

The only comment I would make is that when sitting on the apartment balcony (which is lovely), you cant see the lake view unless you stand up. However the view is stunning when you stand up. This is because the balcony has a high wall, which obviously cant be changed, but it is worth knowing about then you wont be disappointed.

I did not read the instructions sent via booking before arrival and actually it was complicated to understand where to park the car and how to do the check in. I had a message concerning a swimming pool available in an other beautiful hotel (where we had a good dinner) but it was not precised that the swimming pool was closed at 6PM so we could not enjoyed it. Also, the water flow is insufficient in the shower

Would stay again!

The apartment was a nice big size and had everything you could need, it was great because we were travelling with a baby and needed a bit more space. Location is great- we wish we could have tried the restaurant downstairs for dinner- next time! The staff who worked below in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

We didn't realise initially but you have to park a little bit away and get an electric car to the accommodation- we found it a little easier/faster to walk with a baby rather than taking the electric car as it's very close.

A really nice spacey refurbished apartment close to town but in a quiet street. A nice surprise was the apartment was cleaned each day. A very comfortable apartment with everything you needed including a small kitchen. The breakfast was excellent quality - fresh fruits, croissants, eggs etc. The staff were lovely and super helpful. The tasting menu in the main restaurant was good value and excellent- better than one we had at a Michelin star restaurant outside of Verona. So, overall, a perfect stay. Grazie!
