The location was amazing. Cleaning was spotless . People who are working there are simply the best. Food is so tasty Big thanks to all the people who who are working there. Beautiful location, small rooms

Beautiful location with stunning view of the lake. Great staff!

Rooms were extremely small and had almost a student vibe about them with very little storage - ok for 1-2 nights but any longer I wouldn’t recommend. It’s also a long steep walk into Limone which is why it has such a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. We ended up moving to the sister hotel more towards the centre of Limone which suited us better.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a spectacular view of the lake. The old town is a 25-minute walk from the hotel, but you can also take the free shuttle bus every hour between the hotel and Limone. The advantage is that the hotel is away from the busy tourist area, allowing you to relax more easily. The outdoor pool is beautiful and offers a stunning view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast was also excellent, and the Croatian waiter was especially helpful and friendly every morning.

Parking options are limited, especially for larger cars, but they will still assist you. The air conditioner should be fully adjustable in the room. Although the bar and terrace are quite nice, I expected a more professional bartender with better knowledge of basic cocktails and drinks, especially given the price point and the quality of the hotel.

Relaxing stay at a well maintained hotel

Nice and clean, recently renovated in a modern style. Nice breakfast, stunning views over Garda Lake.

Not much to do on the hotel property besides sun bathing, using the pool or visiting the bar. Would be nice if they served dinner, not just breakfast and pool snacks.

Fabulous hotel - great location for exploring and incredible lake views

Gorgeous hotel and fab location. Lovely breakfast as well! The most stunning views you could wish for! Room was really spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake as all the rooms do. Modern and comfortable room with a huge bathroom. Loved the breakfast area as well which also overlooked the lake, and loved the pool area too!

No dinner options but to be honest we were walking into town every night anyway so wasn’t really an issue.

A poor hotel that does not understand customer service. Really not 4 star and not value for money

Location is good as are the exceptional views. Plus parking was close although in high season this may not be the case.

Bar closed at 11pm. No onsite resturant to serve lunch and or evening meals. After breakfast you could not even get a sandwich or snacks. If you used the pool or sun terrace there was no service to order drinks or bar side bars for snacks or a light lunch. To get a drink you had to walk down or up to a bar which often wasn’t manned. The shuttle bus was unreliable and the drop off point was not suitable for many guests as it was still outside of the main town

Two-three days max is just right for it to be memorable. Any longer and your trip will be seem more like a hassle.

The view from the suites are nice, and the breakfast was just right.

Every time I had to visit the front desk over an issue with my stay, it seemed that I was only an inconvenience to the desk staff. As much as I paid to stay there it shouldn’t have been a big deal when asking for assistance because the refrigerator or the safe wasn’t working.

A real gem for our honeymoon!

It was all excellent - fantastic location and view from the balcony, lovely room that was simple but effective and charming which was all we needed, incredible breakfast options and overall a very special experience. Staff were particularly nice and helpful and had smiles all around!

The air conditioning works but runs on a central system for the whole building, which we didn’t realise until we got there. It is fine when it works but would have been nice to be able to decide when to turn it on or off - we are British and not quite accustomed to 25+ degree nights! But the air con was on when it got really hot so that’s a really minor thing in an otherwise great experience.

Great Garda experience

Perfect location and views.. short walk to Limone from where its possible to take ferry to Malcesine, Riva etc.. Room was comfy, AC included, breakfast fantastic. Always friendly staff, no problem for them while we arrived after the reception closed.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Dirce in Limone and overall had a good experience, with a few important exceptions. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to that panoramic view of Lake Garda every morning was unforgettable. The breakfast was another strong point: varied and delicious, with high-quality products that showed care and attention. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the center of Limone, which we really appreciated and used often. Our room had a beautiful lake view, which added to the charm.

However, we experienced a serious issue during our stay. One morning at 6 a.m., we were woken up by water pouring into our room from the air conditioning unit. It was a real flood, and we had to clean everything ourselves using the towels available. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel came to assist us, which was extremely disappointing. While we were moved to another room, we had to manage the entire situation on our own, which left a negative impression. Despite this, the hotel itself is lovely and has great potential. One thing we felt was missing was an on-site restaurant for dinner — it would be a great addition and very convenient for guests who prefer to dine in after a long day. The lack of staff support during an emergency was regrettable. With a few improvements in service and facilities, it could truly be exceptional.

Sunshine und wonderful view

- Our room is amazing with the stunning view. Can only recommend to book the junior suite :) - breakfast room also has a panaroma view over the lake, which makes the breakfast time extra enjoyable - close to the city Limone. We went almost two times per day on feet to the town - friendly staff at the reception and the bar :)

Our favorite hotel

Pillows were a little flat and the “double bed “ were two twins that kept separating, creating an awkward gap. The staff is great, but ordering a drink from the bar takes too long. They have to multitask which I understand, but it’s not convenient. There should be a designated / trained bartender during peak hours (1630-1830) maybe. For example, we ordered 2 drinks at 1800 while waiting for the shuttle to Limone, but didn’t get served until 1820 and the shuttle leaves at 1830. We were the only ones too, so 20 minutes for 2 drinks with nobody else ordering is excessive. They do their best, but it’s not their expertise. At our last stay, we suggested to extend return shuttle hours, and to the hotel’s credit, we were pleased to see they did. All in all, we really like this place and will continue to stay here every year.

A beautiful oasis with a most incredible view.

Everything was fantastic. A large comfortable room, with a beautiful large terrace overlooking the lake. The entire property was immaculate. Every single person that worked there was friendly, kind and helpful. The location was perfect- a fifteen minute walk to the heart of Limone sul Garda, which was perfect- enough to walk off a delicious dinner, but away from the crowds and noise of the town center. The breakfast buffet was fantastic- something for everyone, with eggs, cheese, meats, bacon, vegetables, yogurt, breads, and delicious pastries and cakes to rival any bakery. The fresh fruit was abundant and delicious. Highly recommend

The breakfast was lovely and had lots of choices. The rooms are beautiful and the view is incredible! We would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant did not serve dinner which was a shame as it would have been nice to have been able to eat at the hotel some nights. Not many car parking spaces.

THE VIEW!!! A real breath-stopper when you open your bedroom curtains. I could have sat on that balcony for hours. Clean room, everything was comfortable and perfect. Lovely pool area with great views, comfortable (and plenty of) loungers. Breakfast was amazing, and the pastries were left available for the whole day.

Quite a long walk to the town, and part of the walk was along a road without a footpath. The hotel do provide a complementary minibus. Bar menu, w e ordered the same things a couple of times, and each time the food was different. The only other thing we didn't like was leaving. We loved this place

What an amazing stay! The hotel just opened but the staff are so well trained you'd think they've working here for years. Very modern hotel, super clean with an incredible view. Peaceful and quiet, unlike the ones in the center of Limone.

It's a long walk to the center but my mid-50s out of shape self was able to do back and forth. However they do offer a free shuttle service, Valentin was incredibly professional. He made you feel like a Distinguished Visitor.
