Beauty and comfort in Trieste

This really is a unique B&B! We got to use several rooms of a beautiful apartment in the historical center of Trieste - full of character and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and quite luxurious. Marina was a great host, a lovely Italian lady happy to give us valuable advice. We both enjoyed our stay with her.

The best location right in the middle everything. Lovely space, immaculately clean, delicious breakfast. The host is friendly, helpful, accommodating.

Probably our fault but it took us a bit to find the property. The entrance is right next to a mobile phone cover store.

Our host, Martina was wonderful. So kind and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed - and more - in a central locatation. Fully recommend a stay.

excellent location and facilities, room is great, lots of spaces to keep your things...bathroom perfect.. lots of little helpful items ... helpful and friendly owner Marina, took good care of us, good conversation, great breakfast, w everyday one little extra surprise..to make the bkf bit different.. We were the only guests, only one room (not sharing w other guests) and freedom to walk within the flat, lots of charming "history-telling "decoration. Price is reasonable, compatible w surround B&Bs. helpful in all aspects.....easy to find place, handy position..(the lack of parking didn`t bother us as we were not driving, but lots of buses around..easy to walk around even without that)..quite safe area. (the train and bus stations are together) are about 1km from there by foot, it`s a busy area, ok to walk around during day time, not sure yet about late night time (we were told to be alert around square in front of the station (dark area, few "weird" people doing"whatever kkk!)..we had a great time!..(thanks Marina!)...

maybe a bit more of food facilities, like a small microwave and mini frigo where we can put some fruits and own drinks.(maybe on the food area)..Apart from that...nothing to add.

Faultless experience from booking to checking out.

Everything. Absolutely faultless stay in Marina’s beautiful home, for 6 days. Breakfasts were amazing every day with a wide choice, and my husband loved his espresso as well as a pot of coffee and a tea for me. The bed was super comfy, with a change of sheets and towels after 3 days. ensuite very luxurious. The bedroom, ensuite and lounge is cleaned every day. Location is superb with everything you need on your doorstep and an easy walk to bus and train stations. Marina is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Multiple suggestions for activities, day trips and restaurants were offered. We have no hesitation in recommending Marina’s accommodation.

Location is excellent - in the middle of it all. Breakfast very good/more than enough. Very cozy sitting room to relax in apart from bedroom. Large/modern bathroom..

It was quite noisy outside till very early in the morning both nights......but outside the summer period I imagine that would not be the case.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Trieste

Marina is a wonderful and caring host! The apartment is placed directly in the centre of Trieste with bars and restaurants everywhere just around the corner. Marina offered a lovely breakfast in the mornings before we left the beautiful apartment to explore the city. Plus she had some great advice how and where to spent the time in Trieste (for example a boat trip to Castello Miramare). We had a great time at Marina‘s place.

Experience Trieste the Italian way :)

Located right in the center of Trieste, perfect to do sight seeing, but also to get to any restaurant or just to have drinks/coffee with a harbour view. The breakfast was very diverse, plenty of both sweet and savoury options, and Marina offered delicious Italian coffee. The room is spacious with a beautiful view to the roofs of Trieste, extra comfortable bed, there is a big closet to hang and fold clothes, the bathroom has all the facilities of a luxury hotel. Marina is a lovely host, always friendly and attentive. She took great care in keeping the apartment extra clean and safe- as we were the only guests staying- for these Covid19 times. Even though the house faces a pedestrian square, we parked our car for 15 euros a day just a 3 minute walk away.

Marina let us feel like home, the breakfast was unbelievable good and fresh, the bed was really comfortable, the location was perfect, but above everything the quality of the person is just fantastic, Marina, thank you with all our heart!!!!!!

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Triest, ein wunderschöner Altbau, der fiel, vom Lebensgefühl ins Breest, vermittelt, eine außergewöhnlich nette Gastgeberin

Nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit: der Geruch der Wäsche - starker Waschmittel/Weichspüler-Geruch. Ich sag aber gleich dazu, dass ich sehr sensibel auf Gerüche reagiere... alkes in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

CONSIGLIATISSIMO. La posizione rende tutto comodamente fruibile. La proprietaria è super.

Colazione preparata con grande cura, la tavola era apparecchiata in maniera impeccabile. La Signora Marina ha esaudito tutte le nostre particolari richieste. Ci ha letteralmente fatto sentire a casa.

Una cosa che, sebbene abbia il fascino dell'epoca, a me fa paura: l'ascensore molto piccino. Chiaramente non dipende dall' host, anzi, avere l'ascensore nel centro stoico. in quel bellissimo palazzo è comunque un plus. Credo che molti lo troveranno particolare e affascinante.

Tutto ,una gentilezza e professionalità disarmante,struttura letteralmente in pieno centro ma allo stesso tempo chiudendo le finestre non sentivi nulla ! La struttura è molto raffinata ed accogliente , il b&b è nella migliore posizione possibile, la colazione è fantastica, tutto pulito, in particolare la parola UNICA la dedicherei a Marina, che sin dal primo momento ci ha accolto ed accompagnato con i suoi preziosi consigli. Se volete vivere e visitare Trieste questo è il posto giusto.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen und gut gelegenen Stadtwohnung mit herzlicher Vermieterin!

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der Kaffe war sehr gut. Die Uhrzeit für das Frühstück konnte individuell gewählt werden. Es wurde proaktiv nach Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten gefragt und auf spezielle Vorlieben eingegangen.
