A smooth, comfortable stay in the heart of Trieste with great service.

Perfect location right next to the main square and the parking area is really close. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The apartment was spotless, well organised and exactly as shown in the photos. We received a 15% parking discount coupon and a small welcome gift with sweets and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch.

Good for a night

Hosts communicated well beforehand. Check in process was easy, with a live virtual check in. Apartment was centrally located for our quick one night stay. Kitchen was well equipped, except for a tea towel. The washing machine was very useful, though we couldn't get the heated towel rail to warm up to assist with drying the clothes as there is no dryer. Apartment was clean, beds comfy and bathroom a good size. The parking is offsite, which seems standard in Trieste, the hosts did provide a discount coupon though, but worth factoring in parking into the costs

Absolutely perfect location and a lovely quiet place. We would go there again.

Perfect location right in the midst of old town, close to the sea and the bus route. Great Trattoria and bakery 2 mins walk away. Big comfy bed. Big shower. washing machine. Extremely quiet. Staff very responsive and extremely helpful.

It’s really not easy to find. If you’re in a car, park at the San Giusto underground car park in Via del Teatro Romano and it’s only a 5 min walk from there. Don’t even think about unloading outside the apartment. It’s tucked in a corner of a pedestrian only area and is NOT the big doorway in one of the photos on the booking site. Once found it’s really really easy to get around the city from there.

Location was spot on, right in the centre with plenty of choices to eat and drink.

We couldn't turn the heating on and it was a little chilly.

Fantastic location, very central with many restaurants close by as well as the port and a lot of the sights. Well equipped kitchen although we didn't use it.

A little noisy at night at the weekend if you have the window open. Rather expensive for what it is.

Exquisite apartment, elegant decor, convenient location and well appointed.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment that had everything you'd need. Plus decent coffee, sweet snacks and a stunning interior. Excellent location for a stroll to the piazza and surrounded by history. Conveniently close by cafes and restaurants. Would definitely, and happily, stay again.

Iffy shower recess but I appreciate the revamp that must have been required to bring this building up to the standard it is now, which is excellent. One of my petty pet hates is having a washing machine but no washing powder.

Ideal base in one of Trieste's most atmospheric neighourhoods

Cute attic studio apartment , with restaurants and antique shops on your doorstep, in the heart of old Trieste. A few minutes walk though alleyways brings you to the bustling main squares and harbour ( go down at sunset !! )

Good quality accommodation ideally situated for seeing Trieste

The location was superb. Right in the heart of the city and a very short walk to lots of cafes and shops and the sea front. It is a bit tucked away in a small pedestrianised back ally, but it is well lit at night and well used so not at all intimidating. The address was a little awkward to find due to the layout of the old streets but we found it! There is no parking at the property but we didn't need it anyway.

The kitchen could have done with a bit more crockery and cutlery, it had just enough. A little more and a few more coffee capsules would have been appreciated. Everything else was pretty much as we would wish for. Clean and tidy and a quiet night's sleep! Be aware that although the building has lifts to all floors to get to the lift you have to negotiate a short flight of stairs... It is a very old building full of charm though.

An excellent choice -- would gladly stay there again.

It's so nice to have a spacious apartment, compared with the typical hotel rooms I've stayed in. Great location: just a minute's walk from the Piazza Unità d'Italia, but in a quiet little alleyway (with an excellent restaurant at the corner). Very nice facilities: a spacious bathroom with a washing machine (which I didn't use) and a drying rack (which I did use); and a kitchen that easily accommodated my (limited) needs. And a nice table to eat at and sort through my travel materials.

There were two hiccups during the remote check-in: outdated instructions for wi-fi, and the air conditioning didn't work. The first was easily remedied through messages on WhatsApp. The second was fixed the next day -- there was a card missing that had to be inserted just inside the door.

Wonderful location, just 100 meters to the main piazza. Ancient building with completely modern updates throughout. The apartment door was the most secure residential door I’ve ever seen.

The beds were too firm. There was no dishwasher (but I don’t think there was enough room for one). Parking was VERY difficult (,^

Great location in the middle of Trieste. Check-in and check-out very smooth amnd with no problems. Underground parking (public) just round the corner. Vry well equipped appartment, including coffee machine (tabs).

Completely anonymous, none welcoming nor help : the TV didn't work, no instructions, and my request was completely ignored. The apartment is pleasant, but the equipment is rudimentary : no kitchen towel, no salt, no bowl... Could be improved.

Disappointing

It was centrally located - though in a small graffiti covered alleyway which was hard to find.

Misleading photos indicating that property had a 'hotel like' entrance. No information about the property provided including directions - there was no welcome pack - water etc. Did not see any staff - only able to communicate via WhatsApp. Felt it was more like an Airbnb than an Aparthotel. Worried why property needed high level of security (3 lock secure steel doors). Air con inadequate. Electricity failed first night so lost food in fridge and a whole morning of our first day trying to sort it out.

Excellent location (but not easy to find. Use the picture you will be send instead of Google maps.) Clean, comfortable.

The checkin app which you are required to use. The app obliges you to consent to the data use of the app. If you think obligatory consent is no consent, you are right (take it from me, I am a lawyer). Also in other respects the app functioning is illegal. On top of that, it simply does not work well.
