Great Contact With the Hostess

Location was great and the room & kitchen (once we found it down the hall behind an unmarked closed door) were clean. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The a/c and ceiling fan were nice.

Spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find the front door, it is not readily apparent; contacted hostess to find it. Entry level is dark & depressing; first impression was, "oh, no, what have we gotten ourselves into. The toilet/sink/shower pump is extremely loud. The pillows were too big and heavy. Throw rugs by the bed would be nice. The photo in our reservation was NOT the room we had. And lastly, there was no information in the room regarding the kitchen, internet--got info off the router we saw when we went searching for the kitchen--or anything else.

Great Location, But Needs Improvement

I really liked the location and communication was easy. They gave me a different room, and the lady in charge of guest relations was very kind and friendly. She even apologized for the discomfort with the bed, which I appreciated.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable — the mattress was sagging and the frame was unstable. The duvet was an old feather one, which felt quite unappealing and unhygienic. There was constant noise from other guests throughout the night, and some of them were practically camping in the shared kitchen, acting like it was their private space even though it's meant for everyone.

Perfect location few second from main square piazza Unità d'Italia. All that you need for a short and even longer stay is guaranteed in the apartment. All that for this price makes this place top! Surely to be recommended!

Very well situated, in the middle of the town. You can walk everywhere.

That the toilet and bathroom wasn’t in the room was a bit unhandy but we knew it beforehand.

An absolute gem

Perfect location, cleanliness, hospitality, comfort. An authentic building &rooms coupled with Raffaella's and Anita's kindness and friendliness make this place a perfect stay in Trieste. PS you will have a good rest in a very comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast, just a stone throw from the main square.

Great place to stay in heart of Trieste if you do not have high demand for facilities.

Room size was good, the location is amazing - 30 m from the main square. The bathroom is separate but belongs to each room accordingly. The building has an elevator so it is easy to handle luggage.

Breakfast options were very limited and the cheapest. Parking is possible only with a distance of 3-5 min walk from the building.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Hervorragende Lage im Zentrum Triests und in der Nähe des Kreuzfahrthafens. Wir haben mit unseren eher lauffaulen Kindern fast alles Sehenswerte zu Fuß erschlossen. Bushaltestelle u.a. Richtung Schloss Miramare in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer geräumig, ruhig und sauber, Gemeinschaftsküche gut ausgestattet. Eigenes, sauberes Bad über Flur erreichbar. Kontakt mit Vermieterin nett und unkompliziert.

Il Posto è centralissimo e la camera spaziosa e il bagno anche spazioso.

La tanta polvere sotto il letto, la mancanza di una sedia dove poggiare giacca e/o roba personale o anche il poggia trolley e di tenda. Internamente l’armadio aveva i ripiani sfondati. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due materassi singoli che si dividevano e per stare vicino al mio compagno ho dormito nella fessura. Il freddo fino a che non abbiamo acceso il termosifone.

posizione eccellente, proprio a fianco della Piazza Unità d'Italia terzo piano con ascensore camere e bagni pulite e spaziose, senza pretese ma comode (anche il letto) buona comunicabilità via whatsapp con la proprietaria magari sarebbe opportuno chiarire anticipatamente che si tratta di bagni e camere si ad uso esclusivo, ma all'interno di uno stesso grande appartamento dove alloggiano anche altre persone.
