Bem localizado, ao lado do Grande Canal em Trieste e a uma caminhada plana dos principais pontos do centro da cidade. Desde a estação de trem, se chega caminhando em 15 minutos também. Oferece café da manhã, simples mas com variedades.
Mobiliário um pouco antigo e o banheiro não tem um box fechado, o que faz com que fique todo molhado ao tomar banho.

3. Stock, ohne Lift, 102 Stufen, es war klar, das der Lift zu diesen Zeitpunkt noch nicht Einsatzfähig war. Umgebaute Wohnung zu einen kleinen 4 Zimmer Hotel, Service nur Stundenweise. Mit Auto ein Problem, keine Möglichkeit zum Entladen und Beladen, kein Hinweis in der Hotelanzeige.
