This was booked as an unexpected stay; the location saved the day. Communication related to self-check-in worked well.The place is clean. Overall, good stay and to mention again, fantastic location.
Yet there were a few challenges to address. First, the electricity plug is old, and I could not plug in and charge my laptop. Second, the room was a bit cramped. The furniture is old. I mean, the challenge was not with the furniture per se, but the room was not very functional because of it. With a bit of internal design and a better arrangement of the furniture, the room will gain in airiness. Further, the bed was not the most comfortable. Might be a good idea to invest in a new mattress?

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the sea and all the main attractions. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a charming medieval style. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also loved the option of a very late check-out on Sunday, which made my stay even more relaxing. A special mention for the excellent trattoria right in front of the hotel entrance, a great spot to taste authentic local dishes. Highly recommended budget hotel!

The location is very nice.
The host is available and friendly.
The sound isolation is pretty much inexistent both within the apartment complex and to the outside.
The rooms would benefit from some upgrades: the shower temperature is prone to large fluctuation; the room (while reasonably sized) are arranged badly so that it feels small. Temperature was fine thanks to heating (visit in April) but I would worry about that aspect during weather not as mild.
