Perfect

Location was amazing for morning breakfasts, as base to explore Oia early in the morning before the crowds arrive, to chill out during the day and to watch the sunset from you poolside lounger. The staff were so nice and helpful.

The bathrooms could have done with a bit of work. Cost was high too.

Nothing except the view!

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Serious Safety Issues: My sister burned her foot during our stay, and when we urgently needed assistance, the reception was completely closed. After 11 p.m there was absolutely no staff anywhere in the hotel no reception, no emergency contact, no support. In case of a real emergency, we would have had no way to get help. This is a severe safety concern. The property had countless steep, narrow stairs that were difficult and dangerous to walk on, also while she burned her leg was so scary her to go all stairs in dark! Simply going to the room or the pool took at least 20 minutes each way. With my sister injured, moving around became nearly impossible, and no assistance was offered.Poor Cleanliness & Hygiene as well The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the private pool was dirty, and there were bugs and lizards. The property did not feel sanitary or well-maintained.Uncomfortable Rooms The room was very small and uncomfortable. The third bed provided was extremely small and unsuitable for proper sleep and we booked room for 3 person we barely unpacked suitcases It was not what we expected or what was advertised when booking. Poor Service Lack of Availability While technically there was “room service,” it was barely functional. Staff were unresponsive, unavailable, and unfriendly. We felt completely alone in the hotel, as if there was no one to turn to. Low-Quality Food: Breakfast was unacceptable the only option was an omelette that tasted bad, and the staff serving it were rude. This is not the quality promised or expected. Also they were joking on us It was a Disappointment Overall, the hotel did not feel like a proper hotel at all. Between the lack of staff, poor service, unsafe conditions, unclean environment, and extremely uncomfortable facilities, our stay was stressful and unpleasant.

Location was amazing, best views from our front porch, great drinks, helpful staff. Transfers from hotel were great and they loaded and unloaded luggage.

The location was perfect, except all the people flooding for the sunset.

The crowds, but everything else was perfect. I do wish you all would keep the pool open later.

The staff were incredibly nice considering the circumstances. The location and the view were stunning.

Following a storm the day before we arrived, the property did not have running water. For 3 days, our entire stay, the property had running water back on during the late night for a few hours, but we would wake up and go the whole day without running water again. No ability to clean ourselves, get ready for the day, even flush the toilet, and the pool was unusable. BUT, the property was constantly power washing the facade. A front desk employee told me that the owners were prioritizing cleaning the property over having running water for the guests, which stunned me. After lots of back and forth, I managed to barely get any money back, considering we were paying upwards of $300 a night for this place. Completely ridiculous to not have running water and still expect to pay a premium price.
