Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot. Easier to call them and arrange a pick up thru the hotel from the airport or cruise (if you are coming via cruise). Break fast options are decent. View is beautiful from the hotel. Staff are very good and customer friendly.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

Marizan Caves is top end accommodation. Its unique style and architecture is perfectly suited to Santorini. Must note that it is on the side od a cliff and there are steep stairs, so if you have recently had hip surgery wait 6 months before you visit. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sensational and delivered to your room. Absolutely fantastic place 😀

The breakfast is amazing to kick off the day, while the warm bath outdoor is absolutely a smoothing way to end up the day. This location is a bit away from the centre shopping area of Oia to guarantee your maximum privacy and quiet environment. We came in November the low season, absolutely a blissing to stay here and enjoy.

I booked Marizan Caves for the last 2 nights of our 3 week trip. I wanted something special to end the trip. Marizan was special! Absolutely beautiful location and views. Room was awesome inside and out. We were surprised to have a separate room from our kids in #3. I asked if we would be able to see the sunset from our room before I booked and I was told because of the time of year it would not be visible from our room. At sunset we went up one flight of stairs to the top level common seating area and we were the only ones there. We were the last people looking at the sunset...nobody in front of us and thousands behind us. It was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic, the plunge pool was really great. This place was what dreams are made of!

Our stay was fantastic! The room we stayed in was the (private cave house). It is located on the bottom level of the property and we chose it for privacy and the views. We were not disappointed. The balcony was huge and I think it has to be one of the best places to watch sunsets on the island. This room and staff are worth the money. Service was great from start to finish. Very helpful, informative, and accommodating. I cannot say enough positives, the trip was amazing.

Really cool cave room. Great view! Breakfast every morning delivered was a nice touch although food was only fair. I asked for a room with the fewest steps and told them it was my 70th birthday. Never an acknowledgment of my birthday and room was 77 STEPS down. Hot tub temperature can’t be changed and it’s like warm at best. Not enjoyable at all.

Our cave at Marizan Caves and Villas was amazing. I felt like I was in a dream. The cave was bright, clean, well decorated, had a beautiful patio with a hot tub, and the view was breath-taking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Fay who worked in reception was so nice and gave us a great run down on the island when we arrived. We asked about a private boat trip and booked with Miltos and mybluecruises on his wonderful speedboat. Miltos was professional, kind and a great host, he was very knowledgeable about Santorini, the volcano/geology and surrounding sea. The sunset from the boat was magical. I had a wonderful holiday at Marizan caves and can't wait to visit again!

Whoever designed this property is a genius. They maximized the limited space in Santorini for utility, comfort, privacy and enjoyment. The staff was extremely helpful and always with a smile and quick response (just txt them what you want on WhatsApp and you will get it). We also liked the location as it is at the northern end of Oia, 4 minutes walking from Main Street which is overrun by daily cruise visitors. Our family will definitely visit Santorini again and stay at Marizan.

Where do I even begin, this is the best location in Oia, the hotel arranged pick up from airport. Longi one of the staff member was already at the parking ready to take our bags down to the hotel very well organized. Once at the reception we were greeted by Zanet, since it was our first time in Santorini, Zanet provided quality information and took the time to walk through all the hot spots, restaurants and more detailed information about the island, she was very knowledgeable and was always there to answer our questions whenever we needed anything. The room was super clean the staff are very helpful and made us feel at home , our romantic cave had the best view of the island. The view from the hot tub was superb. The view of the sunset was breathtaking and the best we experienced, everyone at the island comes to this location hours ahead and form a queue to view the sunset, however we were privileged to have this right from our hotel roof top. The hotel also arranged a wonderful day trip on a catamaran and also managed to get a Buggy rented right at the hotel. This is one of our best experience and we will be definitely back. Thanks to everyone at Marizan for making our holiday so special and spoiling us with your complimentary home made wine every evening during sunset. Would highly recommend this place for location, cleanliness and wonderful staff.

We enjoy the stay very much. The suite (with sea view) is roomy. We particularly enjoyed the terrace where we had our breakfast (room service) and the sea view was fantastic. The manger Konstantinos was very friendly and all the staff there were very nice as well. The hotel has the best view of sunset. Bed was comfortable. We cannot fault it in any way.
