Lovely welcome, lovely room and facilities! They've thought of nearly everything, and the room and bed were comfortable. Plus it's in a lovely, rural spot not far from Stansted Airport... which you'd never know as you never hear a single plane.

We had lovely stay and great value.

It was a fantastic stay after we returned late from abroad. The room was warm and the bed very comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast and parking was very easy near the room.

Great breakfast concept

Good communication, lovely and friendly person who checked us in, very comfortable bed, clean room, amazing breakfast with a concept that you help yourself to whatever is there, which was fresh and delicious to eat. Would definitely book a room again.

Great stop for the airport

A lovely, clean room with an ensuite shower. Very handy for Stansted airport. The breakfast was self serve and covered a multitude of options, cereals, breads, fruit, cheese and yogurts all available.

It was very warm in the room and it was overly perfumed with air freshener, nothing terrible at all, we just opened the window!

Just perfect accommodation near to the airport, friendly, welcoming, clean and very good value.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. The accommodation was just perfect and our host recommended a superb place to eat, arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and allowed us to leave our car here. They were so friendly and welcoming and made an overnight stay into a real addition to our holiday.

Great little place 😊

I stayed with my 16yr old son, before flying out to a sports competition in Germany. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed 👍🏼 great facilities, could use the kitchen area early in the morning for breakfast etc ….lovely little place, would defo recommend & would stay again 😊

very good value for the money especially being close to Stanstead airport

Julie was very helpful organising the taxi to the airport for us. Even though we arrived late, this was not a problem for them. We could have had breakfast despite early departure, but did not have time, which was a shame. We also were able to leave our car for only £5 a day. I was nice and close to Stanstead airport

Great stop over for flying from Stansted

Perfect location to fly from Stansted , great accommodation, which was spotless - with an amazing breakfast . Being able to leave our car there was convenient, with a taxi each way to the airport …. ( although taxi was a little more pricey than expected … I think because they have to pay to get into airport) . Friendly welcome.

A good option to spend the night before an early flight!

Friendly hosts & the breakfast options available were more than expected. The hosts had laid these out the night before & let us know, this was much appreciated as we had an early start to get to the airport.

As accommodation close to an airport, I expected the hosts to offer a little more about what transport options there were available. We figured it out for ourselves (walk+bus), but would've been a good extra.

Cost effective and well equipped location with helpful, friendly staff

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a puncture late in the evening (with a very early flight) and they allowed us to leave our car in their car park for the duration of our holiday. We then had the puncture fixed on our return. The location was easy to reach and the room was comfortable.

The walls were pretty thin and we could hear noise from the other rooms.

Lovely location for a morning walk and a short drive into Bishop's Stortford. The continental breakfast had about as good a range as one could ask for.

Perfect Stay Near the Airport – Highly Recommended!

We stayed at Little Bullocks Farm for one night as a family of four, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome – they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, allowing us to help ourselves to a delicious breakfast in the morning – a really nice touch that made things easy with kids. The location is ideal, especially if you're flying in or out of the airport – just a short drive away, yet peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect stopover, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Breakfast room was well stocked with a large variety of food.

Everyone in my party felt the beds were way too soft. They may suit some people but not the four of us. It did affect our sleep.

Great place to stay close to Stanstead airport.

Fantastic breakfast, even though it was strictly speaking a continental only breakfast, it offered a super wide variety of cereals, juices, jams etc etc. Very, VERY friendly and forthcoming older lady, who was keeping up the place, offered immediately help with taxi in the morning.

I would appreciate A/C to be available as temperatures were really high.

Incredibly convenient location and very helpful and friendly hosts.

We stayed overnight before an early flight from Stansted. Self-service breakfast was available whenever we needed it (the owners had booked a taxi for us at 5.30am, so this was much appreciated) and there was plenty of choice. It felt like a very safe location to leave our car for the week while we were away. We enjoyed dinner at the Lion & Lamb in Little Canfield, which we would recommend.
