It was a handy location with good bus links for Stansted.
It was very hot! There was one fan but didn’t do much for the temperature overnight in the heatwave

Beautiful property in a nice setting. Booking a family room with 4 beds was such a find. It was actually lovely having the bathroom outside the room as a separate room (beautiful bathroom). Communications with owner were really good. Delicious fruit, brioche rolls, bread for toasting, butter, etc. Various coffee & tea options in fridge designated for room. Also, parking at £7 a day fir our trip is much appreciated.
1. because it was a hot night, we had to leave the windows open. It is on a busy road with cars travelling at a fast speed so very noisy.
2. Even though the blinds were down, a security light that was activated regularly throughout the night was very bright round the edges of the blind. Kept waking my kid up.
