Perfect for one night stopover in Stansted

Conveniently located a short walk from Stansted airport. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Overall good value.

Very comfortable and convenient stay

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The heating worked very well and made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good overall, and the breakfast area itself was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the airport, and the entire walking route is covered, which is very convenient in case of rain or bad weather.

Although the hotel is very close to the airport, the signage could be improved. We initially took a wrong turn and briefly walked along a road with traffic and no sidewalk. An additional sign indicating the correct direction would be very helpful.

Really convenient hotel within walking distance from Stansted

Really convenient place to stay when you arrive too late into Stansted to get the train. Hotel is reachable by foot, which is very convenient (no need for shuttle bus). Staff are lovely, the room was super quiet (even though its right next to the runway), and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast which was better than expected.

Another good night at a Hampton by Hilton property!

It was another great stay in a clean, comfortable room located steps from the airport where I had to leave on a 6:25 am flight. It was the best solution to making sure I had a comfortable journey at the right price.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and my room was superb - spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone flying from Stansted or just looking for a relaxing stay nearby.

Convenient for airport.

Second time I have been locked out of my room in a Hilton room. We stayed for a stress free start to our holiday and that is not what we got. Took ages to get back in our room and we had a plane to catch. Food was not very good and was expensive.

Comfortable but the company is money hungry.

It was near the airport

There was no spoons on the coffee tray. Just awful wooden sticks. We arrived slightly early and was told to either pay £20 for our room or to wait. If rooms are ready. They should be given to customers who are paying a premium to stay there. Money grabbing company. I feel sorry for the staff that have to follow these rules. It’s embarrassing and shameful for them.

Perfect location, closer to airport terminal than I expected. Staff at restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy check-in and out process. Room was comfortable.

For Hilton, should be much better!

It was nice since the location is by the airport. Sound isolation was perfect, no noise from the airport.

Unfortunately, there is nothing around the hotel. The breakfast was not acceptable for a Hilton — there was no fresh juice, only a cheap cranberry drink. I received a welcome letter in my room with my name on it, stating that I would get a free snack and drink at the bar, but that wasn’t true. Overall, the service felt more like a 2-star experience.

This walk to the airport is really just a few minutes walk.

We booked this hotel because we had a very early flight and the close proximity to the hotel was great. It is at the airport. We were thankful that the sofa bed was unfolded and ready for our party of 3. They open the breakfast bar at 4 am.

The sofa bed was so squeaky that it was abandoned early in the night and we all 3 slept on a queen bed.

Great hotel

Great location for Stanstead. The staff were friendly and the facilities good. Great breakfast and access to 24 hrs bar.

We did report that the remote was missing for the tv, but no one got back to us. We had to work out the on/off button (we're not snowflakes or idiots) but it's not obvious on the new tvs.

Disappointing

The staff, the food is poor

The breakfast was fine but the eggs where clearly packaged and not very nice. The evening meal on the Friday night was tepid warm a d we both fell unwell. My partner was in the bathroom all jighty. I mentioned this to the reception and the food and beberage manager and have not received a response. The food was mot fresh it was reheated and this is where the issue probably lies it was not heated to the correct temperature and left for someone to bring out to us. We were bery disappointed.

A quality hotel with firendly staff, great facilities and unbeatable location

The staff are very firendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great with a huge variety on offer and is included in the price of the room. The proximity of this hotel to the airport makes it our obvious choice every time.
