    Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant food was great and the staff were very attentive, big shout out to Melis on reception who very warm and welcoming and smiled throughout.

    We had a great time at Down Hall hotel. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The grounds and hotel itself was beautiful and felt luxurious. The standard rooms however note that they are small and our room looked completely different to the picture on the website when booking however I still can’t fault the room (just be aware to make a note if you want the specific room in the photo). This was no issue for us however. Also note that the spa pool is £40 per person and isn’t included with your stay, once again it wasn’t an issue for us as we wasn’t planning on using it but just something for people to be aware of before booking. A perfect stay. Definitely recommend
