The location is amazing!!! Very close to Duval st and Mallory square.
The hotel does not have any parking.

The porch was the best part. The location is great for walking everywhere.
It was overpriced for what it was. The bathroom was very small and the towels were thin. For the amount they charge, they could at least have better towels. Also, the breakfast was basic continental. Again, for the price, they could have done better.

Proximity to Duvall Street. The staff is very accommodating and nice.
The hotel is extremely rundown. The room was very small. And did not reflect what the picture showed. The pictures made it seem much more clean, and updated. I live in Florida so I was able to bring my own bedding so that made me feel better.
