Wonderful historic hotel. Extremely accommodating staff. Fantastic location less than a blick off Duval, where all the action is. Satisfying breakfast. Complimentary cocktails each afternoon. Everything you could ask for. I'd choose this again!

Water pressure in the shower could be better. If you prefer firm pillows, you'll be disappointed. You ave to try to find something about which to complain.

Lovely house in a great location.

The location was perfect. The house is lovely. Rooms are spacious. The staff was excellent.

The only things that were an issue is the house is a bit noisy if quests aren’t considerate. Drew was awesome and ask you to be considerate when you check in but he can’t control folks coming in after a few drinks and being loud. The other thing was that our feet were filthy after walking bare foot in the room. Bring flip flops for that.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was extremely cozy and inviting, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The room itself was very cozy and nicely furnished, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere where we could really relax. The lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not only did she give us great advice regarding parking, but she also shared many other useful tips and recommendations. She was always happy to help and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast looked excellent and added to the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Key West, very central and close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet. You really couldn’t ask for a better location. Check-out was very easy and relaxed thanks to the convenient key drop. Overall, a charming place and a fantastic stay

Very noisy place close to Duval street

Room was clean. And well maintained.

It's really noisy there. You hear loud traffic noise from the road. You get woken up by cleaning/garbage trucks from 6 am. You hear drunk people walking by from Duval street. There is very loud music from Duval Street until midnight. We also woke up repeatedly from other guests coming home late (the walls are paper thin). We barely slept during our stay there.

Perfect location in Key West

Perfect location right in the heart of everything. Could walk to all points of interest. Breakfast was fine; no eating area inside house, but lovely to sit on the porch and eat.

Pedestal sink in bathroom, so nowhere to put toiletries. Shower could use a safety/grab bar, plus anti-slip treads on floor.

Thought there was a pool or backyard but just a terrace. Didn’t matter to me as I was only there for one night. The front rooms face the street and I did hear some traffic outside. Didn’t think Eaton street was going to be that busy in the middle of the night but it serves as a main thoroughfare downtown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The seating areas on the front porch and the balcony on the second floor were lovely.

The only slight inconvenience is the parking, but we easily found a parking spot a few blocks away from the hotel and enjoyed the walk back. Would not consider it an inconvenience after all.

Amazing spot to stay for comfort, charm and location.

The place was super charming and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming upon arrival, and Drew made a room change due to an odor he detected getting the original room ready. The continental breakfast was good and gave options. The room was very nicely decorated and furnished plus very spacious.

The food prep staff were a bit loud earlier than food service began. Our room was next to the service area. Staff should certainly be aloud to partake in coffee and such while there since it’s such a relaxing place but their cups should be kept out of sight while guests are around.

Always enjoy Key West, but a 3 night stay in the attic not recommended.

Drew, the day manager, was the best and made our visit so worthwhile. He made dinner reservations, excursions, and recommendations we thoroughly enjoyed. We also liked sitting on the front porch in the morning and early evening.

The room, upper attic, was poorly furnished and the mattress was abysmal. The slanted ceiling has lots of evidence of folks hitting their head, including mine, when reaching into the refrigerator, nightstand, and wardrobe. Would not recommend this particular room..

100% happy with my stay, would absolutely come back again!!!!

Everything…the location was super convenient to almost every top attractions spots. Room was clean and love the breakfast options! The staff here were amazing. Not only they helped me with luggage storage despite language barrier and the office has not opened yet, they even prepared the room immediately after the previous check-out so I was able to check-in in the morning. The only thing I wished they offer is parking but that’s just difficult in Key West in general. We were fortunately enough to find free street parking but there are multiple paid parking options near the hotel. Considering everything this place offered and the price, I can’t find anything that I didn’t like about this place. HIGHLY Recommended for anyone who’s traveling to the Keys!!!

The location and small breakfast were awesome. Check in was very comprehensive and helpful.

We had an upper level room and the water pressure was really low, so having a hot shower was a less than ideal situation. It really was the only downside to our stay.

Location and staff. Drew was super helpful and very informative. Breakfast with Cuban coffee and afternoon happy hours are big plus. Water dispenser is another plus for us!

The water pressure is extremely low from the shower. It marked down quite a lot during our stay. The power socket definitely needs to be fixed. The ones in the bathroom don’t work and the other one next to AC actually almost falling apart. The owner really should do a regular check for those essential facilities if you charge this price
