We arrived right at happy hour so was nice to have a welcome drink while getting into our room. Check in was easy and the lady was so kind.
Shower pressure was weak but we only stayed one night.

Proximity to Duvall Street. The staff is very accommodating and nice.
The hotel is extremely rundown. The room was very small. And did not reflect what the picture showed. The pictures made it seem much more clean, and updated. I live in Florida so I was able to bring my own bedding so that made me feel better.
