Great stay in a super cute property. The caretakers was so kind and accommodating to your needs!

Amazing location, great caretaker and very clean

Thought there was a pool or backyard but just a terrace. Didn’t matter to me as I was only there for one night. The front rooms face the street and I did hear some traffic outside. Didn’t think Eaton street was going to be that busy in the middle of the night but it serves as a main thoroughfare downtown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The seating areas on the front porch and the balcony on the second floor were lovely.

The only slight inconvenience is the parking, but we easily found a parking spot a few blocks away from the hotel and enjoyed the walk back. Would not consider it an inconvenience after all.

Amazing spot to stay for comfort, charm and location.

The place was super charming and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming upon arrival, and Drew made a room change due to an odor he detected getting the original room ready. The continental breakfast was good and gave options. The room was very nicely decorated and furnished plus very spacious.

The food prep staff were a bit loud earlier than food service began. Our room was next to the service area. Staff should certainly be aloud to partake in coffee and such while there since it’s such a relaxing place but their cups should be kept out of sight while guests are around.

Always enjoy Key West, but a 3 night stay in the attic not recommended.

Drew, the day manager, was the best and made our visit so worthwhile. He made dinner reservations, excursions, and recommendations we thoroughly enjoyed. We also liked sitting on the front porch in the morning and early evening.

The room, upper attic, was poorly furnished and the mattress was abysmal. The slanted ceiling has lots of evidence of folks hitting their head, including mine, when reaching into the refrigerator, nightstand, and wardrobe. Would not recommend this particular room..

The property is conveniently located if you want to explore the old town section of Key West. The grounds are clean and appealing. The people that work at the property individually take pride in their work, and it is appreciated. Our stay here was a good one…..

100% happy with my stay, would absolutely come back again!!!!

Everything…the location was super convenient to almost every top attractions spots. Room was clean and love the breakfast options! The staff here were amazing. Not only they helped me with luggage storage despite language barrier and the office has not opened yet, they even prepared the room immediately after the previous check-out so I was able to check-in in the morning. The only thing I wished they offer is parking but that’s just difficult in Key West in general. We were fortunately enough to find free street parking but there are multiple paid parking options near the hotel. Considering everything this place offered and the price, I can’t find anything that I didn’t like about this place. HIGHLY Recommended for anyone who’s traveling to the Keys!!!

Great place to relax in Key West

The location and small breakfast were awesome. Check in was very comprehensive and helpful.

We had an upper level room and the water pressure was really low, so having a hot shower was a less than ideal situation. It really was the only downside to our stay.

Location and staff. Drew was super helpful and very informative. Breakfast with Cuban coffee and afternoon happy hours are big plus. Water dispenser is another plus for us!

The water pressure is extremely low from the shower. It marked down quite a lot during our stay. The power socket definitely needs to be fixed. The ones in the bathroom don’t work and the other one next to AC actually almost falling apart. The owner really should do a regular check for those essential facilities if you charge this price

Perfect!

The property is very close to Duval street and all other attractions within key west. Parking can be found nearby too. Approx 10mims from Mallory square and lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Big shout out to Drew on the front desk, he was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this guesthouse just on Drew’s customer service skills, he’s a real gem.

I would absolutely pick this place again!

I highly recommend this place. The location was excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful, the happy hour was a great touch and the breakfast was a simple, but welcomed way to start the day. We were celebrating a special anniversary and they took it upon themselves to recognize that with a room upgrade and a bottle of wine, which was beyond thoughtful!

Mom & Daughter Trip

1st off, Drew who checks guest in plus carries bags, sets up breakfast, sets up happy hour, etc!!!!! He is incredible!!! Very welcoming. Location Perfect!! Between Duval and free bus stop. This home is Amazing and built in the 1800s and still standing perfectly. No pets and no kids!! Coffee all day and night plus filtered water. Great Place to stay!!

This is a 2-star hotel at a 3-star price. Toiletries include only soap and shampoo. Was able to request conditioner, but no lotion or anything else. No shower shelf to put shampoo/soap other than shower floor. We found a big cockroach crawling on the floor next to bed/dresser. Since this is a guesthouse there is no 24/7 staff availability to address needs at certain times such as the cockroach situation and luggage storage outside 9am-5pm. Squeaky bed and thin walls. Need more protein options for breakfast (I heard they used to offer ham&cheese croissants which would have been great).

A little piece of heaven in the heart of Key West

This is a repeat stay for us. The location is just perfect. The AC was cold, the room comfy and the staff provided excellent service.

Wish coffee was available before 8am (maybe setup a Kureig for early risers since the roosters start crowing early 😆 and/or expand variety of Breakfast with English muffins, peanut butter, etc.

Everything you need to be comfortable in Key West!

First, location, location, location! Second, this property thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! The continental breakfast in the morning is wonderful and it serves the best coffee! The happy hour in the afternoon is just what we needed to unwind from our days. The staff is wonderful and the cleanliness is outstanding!

Whereas the location is great, it does have a downside, in that the street is noisy with vehicles in the morning. Therefore, choose rooms away from the street.
