Nice position however overpriced for the quality of the bedroom and bathroom furnishings and cleanliness

The position and parking inclusive

No one on site in person to speak to, texts and then someone called but was not helpful. Offered free drink at the bar No information notes in the room giving even a WiFi password No complimentary water, no cups, no coffee facilities The room was cold, air con/heating was limit to 70degs and the fan was locked on blowing cool air around the room, just 1 extra blanket and no heaters provide. Filthy carpet in common areas, questionable carpet in bedroom - neither appeared to have seen a vacuum in days and never saw cleaners in the property. For over $700 per night we expected better quality
