This is a motel six in a cuter outfit. Corners were cut every step of the way

Hotel was close to the main tourist attractions like Duval street, 15 mins from the airport. Main building was cozy, historic and as gorgeous as the photos suggest.

-The listing does not make clear that the majority of the inn is a cheap, newly constructed add-on that is totally separate from most of the photos. I've stayed in cheaper places that have bathtubs larger than the heated pool. -Our room was completely dark. The windows were painted over, and when we tried opening them for some sunlight, we noticed there was no screen. -Wifi didn't work -You are provided with a number to contact for assistance, but I was not able to reach anyone human. -Housekeeping is non existent and the rooms do not get cleaned until the END of the stay, which makes no sense. I had sand and dust stuck to the bottom of my feet every step of the way which was not very relaxing -Our room was infested with ANTS

Location was great! No breakfast unless you wanted to pay, so we went elsewhere. The house was beautiful. Our room was nice, and spacious.

Well...if you had a question, you had to call the Guest Exp. Team. I didn't want to be on the phone all the time while vacationing, trying to get answers to questions. Also, it was chilly for a couple of days of our stay. NO HEAT. We thought we had heat, turned it on, it was blowing. Realizing later on the it didn't seem any warmer, checked and it was blowing cold air. I did try and speak with a couple of people on the property, but they tell you to call GETeam. One night that the wind was blowing, a tree, or shutters, or something kept crashing into the window. We didn't sleep much that night.

Literally the BEST location on the island if you want to stay by Duvall Street.

We had the King Suite room and it was HUGE! We were not expecting the room to be so big and comfortable. We were located on the rooms that surround the pool on the second floor. They also have ground floor rooms available as well. The inside of the main house is absolutely gorgeous. There is also parking on SITE! If you have ever been to Key West then you know that FREE parking (or rather parking in general) is very limited. There are limited spaces but we were able to snag a spot without any issues.

Location was in the heart of town. Walkable to everything

There is NO staff on site. If you need any assistance, there is no one to help up many stairs. NO creamer/sugar in room (I called the number & they would not bring any - The CVS down the street wanted to charge almost $16 for Cream/Sugar & our historic hotel can provide a coffee pot & pods but no sugar???). No room service. You need to do it all on your own. Prior to arrival & several days after the last day we could cancel without loosing money, we were notified that the bar area was closed. That's fine but when we walked into the hotel with no one in site, we saw that EVERY room had furniture piled up. It looked abandoned. On Day 2, 2 of the room near the from had furniture positioned on the floor, staged. Day 1 - The hotel had 1 other room occupied on the 2nd floor. We were put in the far rear with the one room in the hotel that had NO windows to see thru. Small bugs all over sinks, no service, lots of stairs for a person with a walking disability.

There was absolutely no one on site to ask questions of, or ask for assistance, etc. It was as if your host was AI- completely on your own- the bed and breakfast that wasn't. The room had blinds that failed to block out the bright lights, felt like we were sleeping in the ER waiting room. Although Duvall Strert was 50 steps away, the music was exceptionally loud until 2-4 AM. The home was on the trolley tour for its historical significance, but for 600.00 plus a night it was the worst luxury facility I've been in. Poor value for the money!!!

Location and charm of staying in an old mansion/house for a unique experience other than typical hotel. the rooms were great. the room we stayed in was the perfect size for family of 4 (2 teen boys). the communal washer/dryer was a great bonus. The place was always clean, cleaning attendants were awesome. the outside seating areas were perfect was relaxing/drinking coffee or eating. the extra restrooms in pool area were convenient and always clean.

for the price there was no ice on-site anywhere, the breakfast was not at all what we thought it would be. it was individual cereal containers, small muffins in plastic and fruit cups/breakfast burritos in fridge and coffee on back porch/pool area. we expected more of an “Inn/b&b” homemade or homey flair.for the breakfast. Throughout stay there was no one to ask questions to directly for things like ice, etc. We had to call # from booking.
