We did not have breakfast on site. They do have food for sale. They do have a kurig coffee maker in the room and that was very good. Location was great, just a few steps from Cuval St. and not far from Mallory Square.
The floor in our room was laminate and apparently hadn't been washed in a while. Our socks were black, The outside flooring needs attention as there were some trip hazard evident. General paint and maintenance needed.

Location and facility was great.
The only thing that was a bit of a problem for us was getting luggage to the second floor. But there is no way to know that you’re on the second floor until you get there. But it all worked out we’d love the place loved loved the location.
