Fantastic

I would highly recommend this b&b. The location was in walking distance to everything and the staff was outstanding. Sean outdid himself in terms of being friendly and entertaining. The happy hour was wonderful with an assortment of meats, cheeses, wine, beer, and fruit all complimentary. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

It was a perfect location, friendly environment, good vibes.

It was a great location and the front desk lady was very nice. Free snacks and the hot tub was perfectly warm. Outside was a vibe!

We tried to come home one night at 11pm and the lock would not unlock. It was very very frustrating considering all of the emergency numbers did not work either. Thankfully another couple staying there had to jump over the fence and the back door unlocked with our key. They did apologize the next morning and had breakfast waiting for us, however didn’t respond until 10am. Thank goodness the other couple was there or we would have been sleeping on the streets. They did say a locksmith came the next day and fixed the issue.

Not our normal go to.... however we had a great experience.

Location was excellent. No onsite parking, but we was shown where to park. This was less than one minutes walk. Plenty of choice for buffet style breakfast, however we did find on our second morning very little options were available as most had been eaten by other guests. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location,close enough to walk to great restaurants and sights but quiet. Beautifully maintained historic house. I love art and antique furniture, so appreciated its unique charm. The staff makes you feel right at home. Great welcome and breakfast too!

Beautiful old house. Sophia was awesome, so helpful. The property is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the area. The options at breakfast were endless and amazing. We will definitely be back.

Private paradise parallel to all the action key west has to offer, best B&B ever!

Breakfast was extravagant and delicious happy hour was plentiful and had local beer and nice wines or even proseco one day, not the usual mass produced stuff seen at most complimentary happy hour! They even had cookies and snacks out at night it felt like everything an old B&B should be. The room was beautiful and clean, great shower and private outdoor sitting area. We loved sitting on the front porch with a drink and the private courtyard with warm soaking pool! The staff were very welcoming and informative about the history of the house which had actual paintings from the original owner. And its Such a great location you can walk to everything!

I slept great the pillows were comfy, my partner is twice my size and he noticed the mattress was slanted when he lay on it, but I didn't mind.

Beautiful and historical. Rooms were stunning and so comfortable with all the amenities. The staff were so friendly and helpful and took the time to show me everything and answer any questions I had. Will definitely be back

A great location with friendly and helpful staff a credit to the building…. lots of things everywhere in a relatively old building this did mean a bit dusty as too much to dust! but overall very clean and comfortable. Room was not like a hotel but more like a quirky house really nice! A great place to stay

best place we stayed on our entire trip!

Breakfast was very nice and both days it was different, giving some good variety. Sitting outside on the patio was lovely and the staff was very friendly!

The owners have no control over the noise level. However, the street outside was extremely loud with cars, trucks and motorcycles passing constantly. Each morning at 6:45am the trash was picked up and woke us. But this is out of the control of the owners and honestly, the rooms and ambiance more than made up for it!

Absolutely incredible.

The place is INCREDIBLE! Charming, beautiful, interesting, fun and so much more. I have been to Key West dozens of times and this is the best place I stayed by far, I would take it over any fancy hotel I have stayed in the area. Sophia and Shawn (or Sean?) are perfect hosts. The breakfast is great, with fruit, mimosas, great coffee and much more. They also hace a charming Happy Hour that they serve cheese and crackers and good wine.

Overall, we were very pleased with the facilities. I would have given a rating of 10 if not for the noise.

The property was Beautifully appointed both inside and out with period style furnishings. It was very Clean and comfortable. The staff (Sophia) and all were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Location was Awesome.

Unfortunately with these Older Victorian homes, there are no sound barriers. We were awakened at night by the couple and their dog above us. The next night the people next to us. And the trash pickup, motorcycles etc on the street in front of us. They did have a sound machine in the room and I’m sure they are aware of the noise issue and have tried to accommodate as much as possible.

This place was so awesome. It was an old house with so much character. The staff was amazing. Sophia, the general manager was on top of everything. She was so welcoming. She made sure to explain everything. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

Great overnight stay!

Loved the decor and location! I loved they had a small happy hour from 4-5pm with wine, hard seltzer, soda, crackers, cheese, meat and olives. They had breakfast which was eggs, sausage, bacon, tater tots, pancakes, pastries, fruit, coffee and mimosas! The staff was friendly and awesome!

Not very sound proof as we were woke up a couple times from fire reduce driving by the house in middle of night. Also we were lucky to park in front of the house but parking spaces are not available at the house! All in all it was still an awesome stay!

Unique property with a lot of history

One word - WOW!! Absolutely loved our stay here and will be back! The rooms are massive for Key West with charming decor. Staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Fantastic complementary breakfast in the gorgeous garden. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Super close to Duval which can be loud until the early hours of the morning. They provide you with earplugs if you are a light sleeper which is a nice gesture.

Excellent stay from beginning to end!

EVERYTHING! Beginning with contact with the property staff, our 3 night stay, the location, and the property could not have been better. From checkin to checkout, the entire staff made breakfast a fun and delicious start to our day, and reminded us about happy hour. The staff were anxious to share information regarding the history of this magnificent home. This is definitely the best B & B experience I have ever had. Truly a repeat stay, kind of place!!!

Perfect location. Close to the action but not so close that it was loud. Very nice back garden.

Not really a negative but buyer beware. They mean it when they say steep steps....We had a room that had very steep narrow steps outside. A little scary when carrying luggage - but our fault for not asking more questions before booking.

We had the tower suite which was absolutely nice. The staff was more than friendly and the afternoon happy hour a definite plus. The location is excellent, you can walk to everything interesting in old town Key West. Breakfast was provided in the garden, a beautiful setting. We would recommend the accomodation very much.

location is perfect. short walk to Duval St, walked to all the downtown attractions. The history of the house was a pleasant surprise (it’s the prime stop on the ghost tours). nice breakfast. very attractive property.

be aware the hot tub is actually a “heated dipping pool”. nice enough but I was hoping for hot.
