PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.
RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property
No pets

THINGS TO KNOW:
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Location was superb - walking distance to Duval, and both coast sides of the island. Pool was nice - the shared parking situation was tough (due to other parties staying there with a transit) but highly recommend

It was a cute place near Duval and the pool was great. The seating around the back patio was not nice, and the cushions were old and dirty. Parking was okay, but we were blocked in every day by workers, not guests. Kitchen was extremely dimly lit and basically useless. The bed pillows were really flat (there wasn't more to double up) and there was an ink stain on the sheets (more on that later). There was only 3 Toilet rolls for 6 people and we had to go buy 2 extra rolls. There was only 4 towels for swimming but we had 6 guests staying. The Bad: The 1st morning we were woken by a tree being cut down outside our window, then chipped/shredded and we were not pre-warned. Following the tree cutting there was an unfortunate sighting for my wife provided by one of the workers, BUT the host did comp us for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated. The next morning at 6am a Garbage truck emptied trash bins from businesses (not residential) and it was ungodly loud, followed by workers working on the suite behind us, and the following morning was equally as loud. Suffice to say if people want to go to Duval and enjoy the night life, DO NOT stay up late or you will be punished in the morning. Finally, the third day we did laundry and someone prior to us must have put an ink pen through the wash because we had multiple ink stains on our clothing, and I received no reply when the host was alerted. I would not recommend it for peace and quiet in any capacity.
