Nice hotel and really nice Staff

the hostel owner was nice lady and she is cooperative and supportive and her Volunteers also. i liked the lockers because they are really big and spacious. and the beds are clean

the room areas are very small compared to the number of beds inside, in my opinion, beds should be 4 beds maximum but not six because really there is no space in the room to do anything. No hangers in the room or in lockers and also one of the showers has no hangers to hange the clothes or towels properly. Using washing machines is limited to the Staff only, it would be a nice extra service if it is available also for guests even if it's paid service. Early check in is not available although i requested them perviously that my arrival will be around 10:30 am but they refused my request. these were my accurate notes to this hostel. I will come back to this hostel, it was a nice experience

Pretty fun was definitely a highlight of my trip. The people made it really good

Great social vibe - super close to everything Right in the centre of old town.

Suppper hard to find - maybe needs some more signage ? And there could maybe be more bathrooms One shower didn’t have a light so there was only 1 shower for the whole hostel

Heart of Kotor

Central, well prepared nice people

The room had aircon and lockers (a bit small for some suitcases). Each bunk bed had a curtain for more privacy. The bathroom had all necessary stuff and was clean although we were 10 people sharing it. Staff were friendly and accomodating. It's located right in the middle of everything you wanna see in Kotor.

The common room and kitchen are in another building (close by) and in my opinion that's a pity. When the old town is busy with concerts and people you'll listen everything but usually it ends early enough to sleep.

The location in the center of the old town, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Air conditioning working as expected. The owner of the hostel is really nice and helpful.

I booked a 6bed Dorm and was given a 10 bed Dorm. Beds looked very unstable It was hard speaking with the staff. They manage 2 structures and in mine i never saw somebody at the reception.

Pleasant

This hostel is hard to find, google wasn't accurate with the entrance. It is in the same square as the maritime museum. If you stand with your back to the museum, it is on the right-hand side of the square through an entranceway with a little sign that says hostel, also a spa is advertised. You must enter the courtyard and go up the stairs to the door at the top which enters to the hostel. They insist on cash payment, atm without fees is Erste, by the bus station. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, for 16 guests.

a very nice, comfy hostel to stay at in the Old Town of Kotor

the bunk room was very comfortable, with privacy curtains, electricity points at each bunk and good sized, lockable lockers for your things. the hostel felt very comfortable. the hostel sent detailed instructions on how to find the hostel from the main gate - follow them, they are very helpful.

not a negative, just something to be aware of - the shared bathroom has two showers with foldable doors (private and not see through), but you maybe showering in the room with someone in the cubicle next to you without a lock, if that worries you.

good location, other guests were really friendly, bed was comfortable, good-sized locker with padlock provided for valuables, WiFi was good. jazz/Rick bar over the road played great music but definitely stale ear plugs if you stay in this hostel, and an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper as there are only thin drapes around the bunks.

only 2 toilets and one of those is in the room with 2 showers so if someone was using that toilet the showers were unavailable, or if someone was in the shower and locked the door that meant only one toilet and no shower was available to anyone else. Another electric job would’ve been useful as there was often a queue to cook food as only the portable hob seemed to work. cushions or comfortable seats would be nice to have in the communal area instead of only wooden benches

Very good location, spacious kitchen and rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Very cozy and quiet place. Nice view from the common room.

I loved the location in the heart of the old town of kotor,just near the museums,checked late at night but still there was a guy on a reception to assist. Beds ,towels, bathroom and the rest are very clean,feels like at home

Good location and nice accommodations make this hostel a good place to stay in Kotor.

The room was large and has ample windows and an air conditioner. It also has a really nice view from the windows of the old town. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom / shower was well kept and worked as expected.

The price was a little steep for a solo traveler, but worth the privacy for a night. Not sure if it was a festival, or if it is a common thing but there was loud music playing at night into the early morning which made it quite hard to sleep. Thankfully earplugs made a slight difference...

The location is close to everything as it's in the centre of town. But it was noisy and stuffy

The hostel has location just next to the bar with loud music. It took me time to follow the instruction on how to make self-check in and find key for my room and locker. Fortunately, one of the locals gave me a hint, so I could connect to wifi and chatted to the owner. It's in the heart of the old town in Kotor and it can be overcrowded in high season. Apart from it, the room 3 had the AC that didn't work properly, so it was extremely stuffy in the room until I asked for help. The owner provided a fan but it didn't change the situation and I had to change the room. Gilson, the admin who registered me there, was willing to chit chat and give advice for my questions. Thanks him for being communicative and kind.

Still ok but I found the property weird

The property has basically everything you need if you look for a stay where you can be fully on your own.

Since the reception is supposed to be closed because of Covid (come on, all other hostels don't do that anymore!), you have to first write a message on WhatsApp and then to wait on the instructions. As they didn't come, I had to call the number to get the information. But in the end, you do like a normal check-in, so I don't understand this policy. Besides, the front door as according to the adress provided is NOT the real adress (it's located 50 m away). So much energy waisted for nothing... Overall, the property is still okey, but I got sick in the dorm because of the air conditioning (people in the dorm wanted it absolutely to be on and cold...), and I found the ambiance in the property somehow weird. I didn't feel welcome or at ease...

As this was my first stay in a hostel, I was pleasantly surprised with the privacy I managed to have, curtains on the bed really add up to it. Besides, Gilson, the host, is so friendly and helpful, and will make your stay even better. Location is just amazing. Definitely coming back again.

It is okay if you just want to sleep there, but...

It is located in the middle of the city. Very clean. I slept in a room with 3 other beds instead of 5 and 2 of them were empty.

Next to a club, so impossible to sleep before 1am. The heater wasn't working and the fridge only sometimes when there was stream.The AC was also not working. if you want to go to this hostel for the first time you have to go on a treasure hunt to find the entrance.

No idea why it have such good rates.

The location is great. In the middle of Kotor old town. The check-in was a kind of Scape Room a bit weird but funny anyway. The initial plan was to stay 2 nights and we finally stayed one and they where flexible.

The hostel is not clean, no idea why it has such good rate. The facilities were dirty and messy. Not as they look like in the pictures.
