Loved the location of the guesthouse.
Mama Nikola the landlady offered to drive me in her personal car to the Tivat airport without charging me anything. That was a kind gesture.
It was difficult to track on the map before arriving at the place on the first day.
On booking.com it was mentioned that I would be charged 74 euros in cash on arrival for two nights, but I instead I was charged 120 euros by Mama Nikotela. I do not mind paying this amount but I wasn't told about this hidden cost in the form of tourist tax that I would need to pay and that would allow me to carry more cash. This should be mentioned clearly on your website that the charges is 74 + x amount of money. This was a bad experience.

Fantastic location right in the heart of old town.
No so much the property but there is very limited free parking in Kotor. Also Apple Maps takes you to the back of the building by the public toilets. You need to go to the plaza on the other side and into the Cats museum building and up the stairs on the left to the first floor.

Friendly and caring host. She helped us in various ways. The Guesthouse is located in the old town, where the main attractions are. We could hear a Cellist playing opposite our window,

Central position in the old town overlooking a pretty courtyard. The apartment is large and has everything you need. A lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard too.
