The location was perfect just far enough off of duval to be away from the chaos but close enough to get down to the main attractions easily. The house turned bed n breakfast is very well maintained, very welcoming staff the grounds are beautiful.
Water pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired. Other than that everything was very well taken care of and thoughtfully maintained.

Beautiful room and stayed nice and cool with the doors closed.
A lot of it needed to be reconstructed. Our bathtub was unstable and you could feel soft spots underneath it. Parking wasn’t an option and there was only one guy on staff, so we had to valet our luggage and bring ourselves to our own room. No concierge was available. Also I found a little friend in the Keurig coffee machine downstairs one morning. I didn’t drink coffee from there after seeing him living his best life!
