Amazing stay

Location was excellent. Facilities were gorgeous. After check out they let us live our bags at the office until it was time to leave.

I am pretty sure I booked the room with the balcony, but got the other one instead. Still good. Bed was kind of uncomfortable.

Convenient location on quiet street.

Classic Key West turn of the century building in a tropical setting. We loved the attached garden area between the buildings and the porches where one can relax and enjoy shade and greenery. There was loads of art throughout the building that added to the charm. We really enjoyed the time during breakfast, visiting with other guests staying there.

The breakfast was not available until 08:30 am. The mattress was a bag of springs. It must be 50 years old. We don’t want to sleep on that again.

Great location but .......

Great location and staff. Nice soft bed linens and good quality towels. Nice breakfast.

A very uncomfortable bed. Inadequate window fixings meant the door/windows blew open numerous times during the high winds, which led to very little sleep overnight. It's hard to believe this hasn't has happened previously and therefore it should have already been dealt with. Knowing the weather was going to bad it was actually dangerous to have placed guests in the top floor room, where leaning out of the floor to ceiling doors was required to try to secure dilapidated external shutters. There was no security barrier/ balcony. The red chairs in the room are very worn and need recovering / replacing. Room called TFF.

Beautiful, historic, funky (in a good way) property. Loved the art work and the privacy from our balcony. Liked eating breakfast out on the patio. KWBB is in a good location close to things but quieter than being right in the middle of things.

We liked the breakfast of yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee/tea. The breakfast staff was not friendly at all. They did not even say good morning or buenos dias. A little friendliness goes a long way!

Good for short stay

It was nice surrounding, quiet neighborhood, big bed with nice balcony. All felt little too oldschool for us.

This was a wonderful experience that could only be made better with a few small improvements.

We loved the location and look/layout of the property. Only a few blocks from Duval, so nearby but quiet. The breakfast was a wonderful treat every morning! The complimentary Wi-Fi is always a bonus, as well as the shared sitting area downstairs and outside seating on the porches. We really liked the bedding, it was comfortable and light for the area.

Our room had a window onto the outside porch that was constantly lit by an outside light, and required us to go outside and open (or close) a hurricane shutter in order to block out the light for sleeping, or to let in light during the day. Our biggest complaint (which were very few) was the bathroom shower water pressure was barely present. The bath had a shower head and handheld sprayer combo and the water pressure wasn't enough to ever get the handheld sprayer to function. Only other issue was a window AC unit was in the room and needed to be run almost always in order to keep the temperature in the room at a comfortable level.

We had a lovely time in Key West. The Key West bed-and-breakfast was a nice place to stay.

Cleanliness and location. The kitchen and main sitting area was very nice and loved the decor.

My fault I failed to realize that there was no adjoining pool or TV although there was a pool next-door. It would’ve been nice to have one attached to this property. The bed was comfortable, although quite worn with a lump in the middle very little water pressure sometimes makes it difficult for long hair.

A Major W

Loved the decor of the house as well as the room temperature was always refreshing after a hot day outside. Our room was huge and we had a private bathroom. Great breakfast and the bathroom was gorgeous. We didn't get around to using the pool but we checked it out and it was nice with beautiful scenery around. Definitely check out the back yard. Another thing is that all of the staff were very friendly, they worked around our crazy schedule for our late check-in on our first night and we're all very helpful. We got there super late night 1 and couldn't get the key to our room to work, so we called the emergency number and the guy was there right away to get us a 2nd key, show us around, and welcome us kindly. Also LOCATION! We always found a close free parking spot and could just walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

In our room (TFF) there were a lot of random hidey doors that were just able to be opened. They had storage and maintenance related spaces, but it really freaked me out and maybe that's just me. I think having them lock somehow would have made me feel better on this stay because everything else was perfect, but that was constantly something on my mind that sketched me out. So if you are like me maybe just call and see what rooms are available, because it truly was great to stay here - that just made me feel weird.

Fantastic stay at a historic home!

We had such a fantastic stay at the Key West Bed & Breakfast! The house was in incredible condition and we loved all the historic details. The location was great - walkable to several great spots and a quick Uber if you're feeling too lazy to walk down to Duval Street. We were also so pleased we had access to the pool at the sister property next door; it was such a welcome surprise on a hot July afternoon!

Free parking is tricky around check-in times, but that's more of a comment on the general location rather than something negative about the property. Just something to keep in mind :) Not much to complain about there!

Charming and beautiful

I really liked the charm of it. The room is a good size for 1 person. The bathroom is decorated beautifully and is a comfortable size. The bed is super comfortable, and the armoire was handy. Also, there is a bar of 7 or 8 hooks on the wall that were extremely helpful.

It's a bit awkward having to go to the office next door rather than being in-house. Having said that, the walk over is beautifully landscaped winding through such a tropical setting to the office and shared pool.

The pool is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and plants, as is the patio area. The bed is super comfortable, and beach towels and sunscreen are available for guests to use. It's within walking distance to all the sites. Balconies with rocking chairs and hammocks make the stay even cozier.

Great value and location for those wanting a quiet and convenient place to stay in the old town.

The inn has many places to hang out - patios, porches, living room, kitchen, and pool area - some of which is shared by the adjoining hotel. The building contributes to the historical character of the neighborhood. Our time there was quiet and pleasant.

The kitchen does not open until 8:30 - rather late!
