We loved the location, it was easy to walk everywhere and they also had bikes to rent. The garden and pool area were lovely. Our room had a small balcony and we enjoyed using that and being able to open the room up to fresh air. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place had wonderful front porches (first and second floor) We ate breakfast on the front porch. Nice to have some breakfast and coffee there. Had a lot of charm, very enjoyable!
The mattress needs replaced. There was a very large dip on one side and a medium on the other. We had to rotate the mattress to move the sunken parts closer to the foot of the bed and not under our backs. We slept ok after that.

The building is old and not very well maintained. It would be worth considering carrying out maintenance or renovation work
