Outrageous to charge extra $55 on arrival if want early check in despite plenty of available rooms. No major hotels do this at desk. When I politely asked, they shrugged and said I can wait and check in at 4. For these prices, plus another $60/night “resort fee” that gets you nothing (pool towels and phone calls on landline!). Pick somewhere more inviting and customer friendly as plenty of great choices around.

1.The hotel rents out the pool to others for parties! The pool areas were so crowded we couldn’t find a seat. 2. We stayed on the first floor and the people in the room above us would come back several nights at 3 and 4 am making so much noise it woke us up. 3. I had to keep calling house keeping to clean our room. 4. Continental Breakfast is not included. So the breakfast cost was about $25-$30 a day. 5. The location is right in the heart of where everything is happening. 6. The front desk crew were very helpful. 7. The room was spacious 8. The balcony was very nice

For the price of this hotel I’m so disappointed in the housekeeping service. Just a quick cleaning in the morning no turndown service. Property is starting to get tired paint chipping in our bathing needs a good cleaning. Location is great was always our favorite gonna look somewhere else.

Staff was exceptional! Check-in, "Conch"ierge, pool bar staff fun and informative! Room was clean and comfortable and AC was perfect. Only 2 days were missed by housekeeping but always done by 5. Enjoyed the quiet of the serenity pool. To bad there is no service or restrooms over there. Great location, seaport area. Fantastic music at Schooner Warf Bar all day and night. Short walk to breakfast along seaport and many other restaurants and bars. .

The sernity pool rarely had towels and the garden /patio chairs were soaked from rain and filthy for the duration of our stay. The rooms were made up late and during inconvenient times, such as just prior to dinner when most guests would want to clean up and change for dinner. Concierge was unable to do any leg work to get flowers delivered to the room. Not sure what a $54 per day resort fee is for with no real service provided like the pool towels or concierge
