The pool was so crowded with kids and noise we could not stay. Would be nice if 9:00 -10:00 or so could be for adults. The bed bounced a lot when turned wish it was alittle firmer

Perfect Stay

The hotel was well appointed, the staff was friendly, the evening and morning buffets were exceptional, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There wasn't a hair dryer in our room, but the front desk quickly provided one.

Nice break after a long drive

The location was excellent either way easy access to the interstate. The staff was helpful and friendly. The fact that you can have a light dinner and enjoy a couple cocktails with your meal was a plus. Breakfast was also included and the price was right.

This was well worth the money and time.

The staff was courteous and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The complementary drinks were an unexpected (but enjoyable) addition to the stay! We have decided we will come again as soon as possible. We also loved the fresh lime-water station!

There was not anything we didn't like. We enjoyed every bit including the location of the building. We discovered things there we didn't expect or plan to.

Convenient location but uncomfortable with no air conditioning

Happy hour is a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Staff was great

AC didn’t work and could not be fixed. (Mgmt did offer to comp one of the nights) Learned after we left that our son’s room also had an AC problem. Not a good issue in August.

Great value

It was clean and much nicer than I was expecting. Breakfast was good. We were there out of town to see a medical specialist, so we were not expecting anything special, we booked mostly because it was a good price. Upon arriving we realized it was actually a very nice hotel. It felt safe and friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Everything was exceptional and exceeded every expectation! By far my favorite in Indy!

We loved the complimentary breakfast, popcorn, and 5:30 Kickback (dinner). The buffet-style options, with all their food choices and tastes, exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the availability of pop and juice options. They also had complimentary lime water, which was refreshing after the pool. I loved that the pool went pretty deep and the hot tub was big. It was amazing not having to worry about seating for the lobby, dining, or pool. Everything was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were nice, patient, and informative. There was a lot of parking as well. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom, and with the blackout curtains, you couldn't tell it was morning! There's a delicious restaurant connected to the parking lot, and it's close to a lot of stores, gas stations (ATM), and food places.

While everything was clean, I did find some minor things in the bathroom, like hair in the shower.

The rooms were very expensive. Understand because we were visiting for a convention. The staff was nice but twice my card was charged wrongly. This led me to having my account available money unavailable during my stay. The correct amount was charged after stay. During stay, I did not have access to funds that would have normally been accessible. This led me to not purchasing wanted items at the convention.

Extremely clean, good food.

My family and I stayed there to be close to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital. We checked in Sunday the 6th and my daughter was having a surgery Monday the 7th. There was a lot of 16-20year old baseball players that ended up coming there. They were running up and down the hallways Sunday night beating on peoples doors. I caught a group of them once and told them not to do it because they were scaring my little girl. They immediately did it again. I chased one down the hallway and he lost his shoe. I took his shoe down to the front desk and very angrily and loudly told the front desk that it was completely unacceptable to allow this to go on all night. He apologized but did absolutely nothing about it. My little girl was so scared and cried off and on every time they would beat on the door…. I understand kids playing jokes and doing it maybe once. But it was repeatedly and after I explained they were scaring my daughter and she had to have surgery in the morning. Ridiculous! I stayed with her at the hospital Monday night but my parents stayed in the same room and they said they did it all night long Monday night as well and the hotel staff did nothing to put a stop to it. I will never stay here again. I can’t believe I paid as much as I did to have my little girl terrorized by big grown boys who absolutely knew better.

Our stay was hampered a bit by the low quality of the food.

The pool

The food was disappointing. I had stayed at this property in 2020 and the food was great. This time the food was less than mediocre. The Alfredo sauce was as thin as water and literally tasted like water. The nacho cheese was the same. The taco meat looked like it came out of a can of dog food and also no flavor. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. I was embarrassed due to having bragged to my family about how wonderful the food was. Breakfast, the potato’s were all dried up. The scrambled eggs literally had no flavor the sausage patty was ok and the gravy was average. The facility and our room were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice.

Great Stay

Breakfast was great, as well as the evening food and beverage layout. Location of the hotel was excellent to the proximity of my family that lives in the Carmel area. Getting in and out and around the area was with ease. I booked the stay out of it being a recognizable name, not knowing where my family lived, but it worked out great, for they lived about 2 miles away from the hotel.

Pool area wasn't as fancy as the rest of the hotel, it was more of an after thought. Definitely wasn't big enough for the size hotel it is. Could also use a kiddie pool.

Breakfast was great and drinks and snacks a wonderful touch! We hardly had to pay for any other meals which made the price of the hotel worth it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Oh and they actually have daily room cleaning. We were there for the Indy 500 so we didn't really have a chance to explore the area but there is a nice restaurant right there in the parking lot of the hotel which I believe is open for lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay here again and will start trying to use Drury hotels on future vacations.

The hotel did show a few areas of aging but no big deal.

Stay for Indy 500

Easy access from the Highway and to Downtown Indy. Free Parking. Breakfast was great and sampled Kickback a couple of times. Staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly Hotel was busy due to Indy 500 but not too crowded. Beds are good size and comfortable.

Small issue. We would prefer small milk cartons in the room to powdered milk. Coffee was nice though.
