Perfect in every way!

When we waked in the door we were greeted with friendly staff. In addition, the room was nice and big and everything was extremely clean!

I wish we would have told them about the bathroom, I’d stay here again just mention the bathroom needing better cleaning

Location, breakfast, staff were great.

The shower was dirty and had hair in it on arrival. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great location, comfortable, and convenient for families with little kids.

The location was very convenient to the children’s museum and Carmel city center. The included breakfast, dinner, and nightly drinks were good and convenient to not have to go out to eat a ton with little kids. The pool was warm even though it was indoor/outdoor.

Housekeeping could have been a little better during our stay. It was a busy weekend, but the first night only a couple of hand towels were replaced; beds not made or anything else replenished (toilet paper, etc.) The second day the housekeeping was much better.

Loved this hotel! Very welcoming, clean and loved the spa and extra perks like dinner snacks and it was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Just Amazing!

Well maintained and very clean, and the staff is very personable and helpful. The assistant manager Will was so nice and helpful.

Hotel was amazing but I didn’t like the smell there,unfortunately smelling Weed everywhere in the hotel and the elevator was smelling weed all the time,me and my daughter kept feeling nauseous ,so wasn’t a comfortable place to stay at,but dinner was great,staff was amazing and helpful.

The dinner after a long day of traveling we were trying to find something close to eat as we got in town late but got to the hotel to find out they do a dinner there at night from 5-7 this was just perfect to have a good warm meal after a long travel day without having to leave

The hotel was well appointed, the staff was friendly, the evening and morning buffets were exceptional, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There wasn't a hair dryer in our room, but the front desk quickly provided one.

Nice break after a long drive

The location was excellent either way easy access to the interstate. The staff was helpful and friendly. The fact that you can have a light dinner and enjoy a couple cocktails with your meal was a plus. Breakfast was also included and the price was right.

This was well worth the money and time.

The staff was courteous and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The complementary drinks were an unexpected (but enjoyable) addition to the stay! We have decided we will come again as soon as possible. We also loved the fresh lime-water station!

There was not anything we didn't like. We enjoyed every bit including the location of the building. We discovered things there we didn't expect or plan to.

Convenient location but uncomfortable with no air conditioning

Happy hour is a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Staff was great

AC didn’t work and could not be fixed. (Mgmt did offer to comp one of the nights) Learned after we left that our son’s room also had an AC problem. Not a good issue in August.

It was clean and much nicer than I was expecting. Breakfast was good. We were there out of town to see a medical specialist, so we were not expecting anything special, we booked mostly because it was a good price. Upon arriving we realized it was actually a very nice hotel. It felt safe and friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Everything was exceptional and exceeded every expectation! By far my favorite in Indy!

We loved the complimentary breakfast, popcorn, and 5:30 Kickback (dinner). The buffet-style options, with all their food choices and tastes, exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the availability of pop and juice options. They also had complimentary lime water, which was refreshing after the pool. I loved that the pool went pretty deep and the hot tub was big. It was amazing not having to worry about seating for the lobby, dining, or pool. Everything was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were nice, patient, and informative. There was a lot of parking as well. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom, and with the blackout curtains, you couldn't tell it was morning! There's a delicious restaurant connected to the parking lot, and it's close to a lot of stores, gas stations (ATM), and food places.

While everything was clean, I did find some minor things in the bathroom, like hair in the shower.

The rooms were very expensive. Understand because we were visiting for a convention. The staff was nice but twice my card was charged wrongly. This led me to having my account available money unavailable during my stay. The correct amount was charged after stay. During stay, I did not have access to funds that would have normally been accessible. This led me to not purchasing wanted items at the convention.
