If I travel to our headquarters for work again, I would likely stay again

Staff was great for the little interaction I had with them, location was fine and door dash friendly

Stayed 2 nights and policy is they didn't clean room between. Not a huge deal but they don't check to see if you need towels or coffee pods for maker etc. Seemed to be a theme as I went down to the lobby at 7 to get coffee and the dispenser was empty with a line waiting for staff to refill it

Hot tub needed vacuumed. Water wasn't dirty but seemed to be a lit of sandish type dirt on the floor.

It was what we expect from this type of hotel.

Slow drain in the shower, breakfast bar couldn't keep up and the syrup handle was disgusting.

A lovely, welcoming, accommodating hotel with the kindest staff ever!

The “room” was more like a studio apartment! They supplied dishwashing supplies, kitchen towels and had a full refrigerator! The front desk staff member, Jordan’s, was exceptionally kind and helpful! The place was truly pet friendly, with everyone being kind to our dog! Highly recommend this hotel!

The men’s bathroom in the lobby was so filthy that if we had not already had reservations we would have left. We ended up not staying the night and drove home late. There was hair in the sink in the room bathroom

Sleepless!!!

The room was big and nice looking. We loved having a couch, large shower and refrigerator.

Home2 Suites rented a few rooms to a baseball team and decided to put us, an out of town couple, on the same floor just two rooms apart. These teens were running in the halls till AFTER midnight. They were yelling and wrestling and causing such a commotion that our walls literally shook a few times. Apparently management thinks its OK to behave like this and ruin the sleep of EVERYBODY else in the motel. $200 to be kept awake half the night by rowdy teenagers.

It was quick and easy to check in. Loved that it was no charge for pets and only a $25 refundable deposit. There were several pets on my floor and I didn't hear any noise. This was my first time bringing my small dog and our stay was beyond exceptional. We will definitely choose this hotel when traveling in the future with all members of our family.

Great but pricey stay for the eclipse in Indianapolis

Great location for the eclipse. They gave us a little gift with four pairs of eclipse glasses and information on where to see it.

Clean property in lovely Carmel IN

The property was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great---walkable to some restaurants and close to the Monon Trail for some running!

We had an 8 night visit with everything we needed.

Breakfast was fine. The room was very nice and spacious.

Housekeeping was not great. Although the job done was good, one occasion they left the door to our room open. When we returned later that night, the lock had been turned while the door was still.open so the door was left open. We were apprehensive about entering the room. On another occasion our scheduled day for cleaning, no one came. I had to get clean towels from the front desk. The next day I flagged someone down to get 3 days worth of dirty towels and to refresh the bathroom.

Good location , just okay value, disappointing housekeeping policy.

Well located, neat, quiet and comfortable. While nothing special, it's perfect if you have business on the north side of Indianapolis. Close to a Meijer and several cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking available.

Hilton's policy of only cleaning rooms on the 5th night at this property is a clear case of paying more and getting less. Not this specific property's fault, but hindered the value. Breakfast was just okay. Slow systems made check in a slog.

Quiet room with bonus small kitchen area and very friendly hotel staff made for a great stay!

Good breakfast. Plenty to choose from, and they did not appear to run out of items.

Never got wi-fi info - forgot to ask. Sheets were a little worn. Fiddled with the wall-mounted thermostat for a while until I realized the unit by the window was the actual way to control the room temperature.
