We had a quick stay but the room was very clean and up kept. The location was great, kind of hidden to the street noise

Worst sleep and stay I think I’ve ever had!

The outside looks nice. It’s close to what we needed. Convenient parking.

Mold on the tub and walls. Tub leaked. Neighbors were so loud all night long talking and music slamming doors. I was up all night nauseous from the smell of marijuana! The vending machine glass was busted out and nothing inside and the hotel says vending machines available so that was a bummer. Worst part was the marijuana smell and loud neighbors!

The women who checked me in were lovely and the price was good.

The woman working the next day was awful. She didn’t know how to work the system and couldn’t extend my stay and was horribly unkind to me. I had just lost my home to a fire and when I asked to further explanation as to what the problem was/how I could stay, she said “it’s not my problem your house burned down” and repeated it throughout the process. She took my key so I had to wait for someone to come help me load my car with my dogs and belongings I salvaged from the fire. The only amenities were a couple disposable plastic cups and a bar of soap.

Bed was comfy & the hotel was quiet for my night sleep

I was only there for 10 hours so I couldn’t tell you. Seemed clean. I had a late check in and it was an easy process. The lady came down and checked me in.

Convenient and dog-friendly.

Excellent location for us. We were traveling and needed to find a Subaru dealer for service. The hotel was within walking distance. Accepted us and our dog. Pleasant, clean, perfectly fine for us.

Not good, because of the handicap issue.

Price and location.

It was not handicapped accessible (which is against the law). We booked, because I was scheduled for surgery early next day. There were 8 steps to go up and down. I was suppose to be non weight bearing. This was difficult to achieve. We were too late to cancel booking. If you are handicapped please avoid this place.

Have stayed here a few times before - for this visit, the management seemed to have changed, different staff, etc. Rooms and property looks pretty much the same. Housekeeping was super friendly and nice, loved how she was so sincere, warm, funny and just so nice to talk to. Richard, who checked me in, was polite and did a great job, keep it up mate :) Stayed in the suite - and loved how the lounge and kitchen area was huge, everything was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm, Richard gave me extra pillows, which was greatly appreciated 😊👍🏼

A man named Josh was very resourceful, respectful, and courteous to my family. The location of our room was perfect. The other guest were nice.

The way the manager lady almost threw me, my kids, and my dogs. Evidently they didn't charge me for the dogs, at first. 3 days later she said pay, or leave. She only gave me one hour to come up with the extra money.That attitude she had!!! She looked evil everytime I seen her.

Our keys didn't work two different times while there and the front desk staff wasn't readily available. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom and the door never closed properly. Also, it was loud and the sink wouldn't drain correctly. I contacted guest services twice about our stay and they never returned my phone call.

The front desk guy was friendly and welcoming, My room was easy to get to and everything was clean. The hot water is HOT which was great and the water pressure wash great. I will stay here again..
