Location
The bathroom door was stuck, difficult to open and close. The cabinets were leaning, scary to look but did not fall

no hot water in one of the showers in our 2 bedroom unit, also curtains/blackout curtains were ripped and black duct tape used...

The property was located in a good area. I was disappointed that the pool was closed.
What really made me give low scores was when we arrived we didn’t have a room. Somehow booking.com never relayed them the information. We had to wait for 30 minutes before we were connected to someone from booking.com. In the meantime we were supposed to be at my grandson’s baseball tournament, which we didn’t get there til 45 minutes later.
Residence Inn finally had a room for us, which I was so happy for. Otherwise we would have returned back home. I’m thankful we went to the hotel when we arrived rather than to the baseball game. Otherwise it would have been very late at night to try to sort things out.
Not having an operable pool. We were offered the hotel pool across Residence Inn.
