I will never be coming back here, nor will I be recommending them.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff was pleasant.

I had a series of issues that were NOT addressed with anything but profuse apologies. The heater was not working; It would move air, but not actual heat. Did not realize this was the case until morning, but that was strike one. Then the bathtub switch to actually send water to the shower head was stuck to the point of inoperability. Discovered too late to really wait and have maintenance come fix it. Strike 2. Then after i finihshed bathing, a staff member just walked into the room, not announcing themselves, could have been maintenance or housekeeping, I don't know, as no knocking, and no call out was made. That's strike 3. When this was all brought to the staff's attention, all I got was a profuse apology from the lady at the counter. I will never be coming back here, nor will I be recommending them. Great place to stay when visiting Indy!

Easy to access. Loved the suite set up with each bedroom having its own bathroom! Made getting ready on a time crunch so much easier! Staff was extremely nice & helpful!

Coffee creamer that was left to use was spoiled. Clumped up in coffee when poured in. Not really a big deal.

We booked 2 two bedroom suites for family to be near my daughter’s wedding. The location was great. The rooms were perfect. Having 2 bathrooms in each room was super helpful for the number of people getting ready for the celebration.

Location

Room was not cleaned aftet first night, room had an odor like decaying meat, so much highway traffic noise it was hard to sleep, trash was left in hall by othet guests and hotel staff left it.

It wasn't to far from Grand Park.

Our room was right next to the elevator motor and equipment room. It was very noisy during the day but better at night. The furniture was very outdated and worn out.

With all the stuff that was going wrong it was too long of a stay

The pool was about the only thing I liked

My room wasn’t clean the breakfast said it was open until 9:30am and we went down at 9 am and than when I was able to eat it , it made me sick and our room wasn’t even cleaned and it was not stocked.
