We did not partake in the breakfast so no rating. When we arrived in our room there were small dust bunnies all over the only desk in the room. There was a HVAC unit adjacent to the desk, so we assumed that the outlet was spewing the dust. The room temperature was difficult to regulate and was mostly cold throughout the night. The only ice dispenser I could find was on the main floor six floors below. The hotel shares a building with another hotel. So the first entry we tried was the wrong one. They need a more obvious designation for the main entrance. One that differentiates the two hotels.

Hotel was new, very clean. Microwave had to be moved due to outlet now working. Shower did not have shampoo, magnet for privacy didn’t stick to door. Minor work throughs. Front desk was very friendly and pool area was also very clean.

Friendly staff, new facility and very clean. The bad. Very low water pressure for shower, electrical plugs bedside misaligned you had to force the plug in to connect and the blow dryer had an electrical cord about a foot long. You had to bend almost to the mirror to use it.

They are friendly and wonderful people. Their costumer service is the best in Carmel. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Carmichael and the other hotels in the area. This place was super nice to stay at, we loved our room. It seems like a bit of the building is still under a little construction. Breakfast was nice to have a chef cook fresh hot food and both the specials we tried were pretty good. Not 5 star dining but an amenity I'm not used to having nonetheless.

The hotel is new so it was a pleasure to stay in such a clean hotel. The breakfast has several options to choose from. They have a cook who makes food, a nice pool area, and i even tried out the gym. They have Peloton equipment which was pretty cool. The room was spacious and they offered a couple plates, utensils, coffee, microwave, fridge, everything you really could need for a stay. I had no issue and would recommend.
