There was always a wait or had to go out of your way to look for someone at the front desk. Decent stay, don’t expect much out of it. Back doors brought in cold air. Basic cable. Rooms/ bathroom were clean. Not a bad stay you get what you pay for.

Room was clean. This hotel would be agreat place to stay in the warmer months [we stayed in Jan]. It has a great swimming pool area with a great outdoor space, plus we had a small balcony. I will definitely stay here again

The Room was Neat and clean however I Noticed the wall trim upon entrance Needed to be glued back to the wall properly… other wise it was a decent room for the money while staying in Indiana … very good value and Service well kept I’d definitely recommend Sonesta quiet area Near the expressway for travel.

Room good clean. Cafe was terrible. The "breakfast"was cheap foods premade. Starbucks coffee was the logo, what i recieved was terrible. Many people take over a brand and want public and customers, but dont invest and find ways to do it cheaply. Tjis is one of those places.

The room was clean--everything was great. The fridge struggled to keep things cold and it would've been nice to have a microwave. I'd rather pay a bit more per night and have a continental breakfast than the more expensive offerings at the restaurant. Otherwise, great stay. Next time I'm in Indianapolis, I'll probably stay here again.

Very nice property. Great value and it was clean and well kept. Knocked a star off because some of the amenities were off line during our visit including the elevator and fitness center. Our room was on the 3rd floor this was no big deal for us but I expect others may see the elevator as more essential. Bottomline is we'd stay there again without hesitation.

It is a great location for the need I had. They didn't offer any discounts for area hospitals as I know other locations do. My second night was reserved but not paid for until I checked in.. when I got to the room, it looked like the cleaning person got called away and never returned. All the lights were on, as their process of cleaning was to shut off the lights as they cleaned that area. The bed was stripped, and pillows on the floor, comforter was on the chair. When I called front desk they offered to move me to another room, but I was spent after spending 12 hours at local hospital. Since I had stayed in the room the night before.i knew it was clean when we entered the room the night before. They came and made the bed and made sure I had clean linens and bath towels. The bed slept great, and the property looked fantastic with lots of opportunities for fresh air, balconies and court yard with a fire pit. I think they could be a little.more generous for families of loved in the nearest hospital. They don't offer Continental breakfast. The fridge in the room didn't cool.and microwave was greasy and had crumbs in it.

There were visible rings inside toilet and in the bathtub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The layout of the hotel made it difficult to experience the lobby, but it was nice to be able to park near the foot closest to our room.
