We enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Looking forward to another stay at Staybridge.

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida. We stopped in Miamisburg because family and friends live in the area. We were able to host a get together in the breakfast area and alcove for our group of 10. I had cleared this with the staff ahead of time. We had a wonderful time

Amazing service and SUPER clean!!

Extremely clean, the house keepers do an amazing job and thoroughly clean EVERYTHING. I have seen them take hours on one room ensuring they have covered every square inch. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and super attentive! This hotel is located in the perfect place. Plenty of stores and restaurants to eat and shop at all within walking distance. Very safe and clean area. We could not be more happy with our stay.

Very clean, esthetically pleasing & the room was in pristine condition!

No ice machines. The freezer has an ice maker, but you have to turn it on & wait. Obviously it’s not a deal breaker, was just inconvenient at the time.

Told at check in lite housekeeping if you call in by 8 am,towel change,sheet change at 7 days. Unacceptable to me and thus in the future will not stay more than 1 night. Never told how many days before you get normal/ expected housekeeping

Perfect! Super clean and very comfortable

The room was super clean. Very rarely, Can I go anywhere and stay and not have to put socks or slippers on my feet because the floors are usually filthy, but these were super clean and I was very comfortable walking around barefoot. I was very pleased with this hotel, and will definitely stay again if I’m ever in that area.

Got poor room on lowest floor near lobby and elevator. NOISY! Immediately asked for a change and was refused, despite many guests hadn’t checked in. Floor was greasy. Left the next day and want a refund. Won’t go back, ever
