I loved the contactless check in and digital key option. This made check in so smooth and super easy. I also loved being able to choose my own room on the map. The room was very spacious and came with all the things that would have made a longer stay feel more like home.

Good location. Clean.
The pool was unusable. The pool water was so cold. The only comfort was that the pool room was warm. But i wasn’t there to sit by the pool. One reason i chose this hotel was for the pool. Talked to front desk staff about water temperature and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Staff said the pool room is kept warm so that’s why the water feels so cold. Next day i noticed the exterior door to the pool was propped open with a rock. Not sure why. Water was still cold and room is now cold. Didn’t go swimming. Very disappointed as i had my kids and grandson vacationing with me and we were counting on pool time in our plans.
