Stay for visit with family for Thanksgiving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the pool was great to have for our grandchildren. The location was great as it was close to the interstate but not too close. It was also close to our daughter and son in law's home.

the swimming pool looked murky possibly indicating a higher than usual concentration of chloramines meaning some pool water should be replaced. The breakfast waffles couldn't fill the waffle iron and they separated in the middle. The baking powder may be old, or more may need to be added. Also some breakfast items should be rearranged to place garnishes and condiments with the eggs, waffles, cereals, etc.

The room and property were clean, comfortable, and excellent. Breakfast was ok—maybe 7 out of 10.

This hotel did not provide housekeeping service during our 2 night stay. We returned to our room after a day out touring ready to rest and found our room untouched by maid service—bed unmade, dishes still unwashed, no clean towels or coffee refills…Front desk said they didn’t provide that service for our stay and gave me clean towels and coffee machine refills. Also, I marked breakfast down just a bit as the “fried”eggs were pre-hard cooked discs and the second day’s protein offerings were Chicken tenders and Plant-based anemic looking sausage.

Staff was incredible and accommodating! Loved the room was nice and spacious for handicap accessibility. Was home away from home with full size fridge and freezer, plates, cups, etc. Ready to have food from anywhere delivered.

The bathroom set up a little difficult for wheelchair to get on and off the toilet but everything else was great!

We loved our hotel room, especially the kitchenette! We both slept great!

I liked the egg patty and the potato, wedges. There was no milk, would have liked to have had milk for cereal. My Son wanted donut or pastries type breakfast, and there was none available. There was space for it, just looked like the hotel ran out of it. There was no bowls, so I asked for some, and and employee got some for me. Seemed like none of the employees were keeping and eye on the breakfast buffet. Would have loved to see dairy free yogurt or gluten free waffles or gluten free pancakes or sausage patties. We went for breakfast around 8:45-9 ish on 6/18/25. In the morning, there was no carts to move our luggage, cooler and bags. Please buy more carts or have a flatbed type cart or the bigger rolling type carts for guests, all guests. Thank you!

That there wasn't any tissues in the hotel room. That the pool was closed for maintenance. We came for the pool and the refrigerator/ kitchenette. The desk clerk was great, he called the hotel close to this one and they allowed us to come to their pool. Was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance. That there was no milk for cereal, my Son had to eat dry cereal. That there was very limited options for me to eat. I am gluten free and dairy free. Would have preferred a yogurt- dairy free some fruit, like Grapefruit or fruit cup, fresh fruit cut up or sliced. Would have been nice to have gluten free oatmeal and almond milk for me to heat up in the microwave.

Super clean Homes 2 suites- made our trip wonderful!

Easy to find, not far off main highway and close by to restaurants. Property was clean, rooms were clean and staff was super friendly! Breakfast was delicious with many different options as well!

Exceptional

Clean room, comfortable bedding. Room had a nice kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and amble dishes.Nice location, close to Austin Landing which offers multiple eateries and a Kroger. They also had live entertainment while we were there. Hotel is right off 75 easy access on and off so easy commute to most detentions.

I can't think of a thing we didn't like. We were only there for 2nights. So we didn't have to deal with house keeping. They were all very friendly when we talked to them in the halls.

Beds where clean and comfortable.

Location and building look nice on the outside.

Inside, it was dirty, the floors, the elevator floors, bathroom floor in our room, as well as the entryways and Check in area. Our room was not vacuumed, as well as noting unkept hallways to the rooms. There were bedding, towels and sheets in our hallway for 2 days and one evening. Really? We have chosen this hotel for our sons wedding. We have booked 20 rooms and I am going to be embarrassed! Please hire competent cleaning staff. They do not know how to clean. I spotted a cleaner sitting on a bed, playing on their cell phones. Not once did I see a mop or hear a vacuum running. Oh my!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel! Clean. Nicely set up. Great amenities ! Staff was the nicest we've ever encountered! Our room was a great size ! We got the king suite. And we brought our dog! Very pet friendly !

The layout of the room .the areas provided for pet walking . Breakfast in the morning was good variety.

The heat/cooling system worked but it flaired my allergies up which means maybe mold in the filters of heat/cooling system or rooms .. And $3 for a small vending machine size bag of chips...lol from lobby market.

Clean facilities but disappointed with the usability of the pool which was a major reason i chose this location.

The pool was unusable. The pool water was so cold. The only comfort was that the pool room was warm. But i wasn’t there to sit by the pool. One reason i chose this hotel was for the pool. Talked to front desk staff about water temperature and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Staff said the pool room is kept warm so that’s why the water feels so cold. Next day i noticed the exterior door to the pool was propped open with a rock. Not sure why. Water was still cold and room is now cold. Didn’t go swimming. Very disappointed as i had my kids and grandson vacationing with me and we were counting on pool time in our plans.
