You get what you pay for.

The air in the room was thick and musty when you first walk in. I had to open the window and turn the fan on high to improve the air quality. The carpet was very old and dingy.

The receptionist was nice.

I didn't stay. I walked into the lobby and it overwhelmingly smelled like cigarette smoke. I checked in and walked to my room the door handle was loose. It was barely latched. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The bedspread was dirty. The wall looked like it had been leaking water. The wallpaper was peeling off. I walked straight back to the lobby and said I can't stay here. It smelled so terrible and wasn't clean enough. I asked for a refund and she said it would take a few days to get back on my card. She did give me her Managers card. The receptionist was very nice.

Good price, but not a comfortable stay.

It was cheap and easy to get to.

It was very poorly kept up. The roof leaked and had mildew everywhere. Paint was peeling, towels in the room were stained. We were given keys to someone else’s room, when we first arrived.

DONT STAY HERE

I thought I was getting a decent deal on a single night's stay near Dayton.

I've never smelled such a horrendous stinch anywhere, let alone a hotel room. There is obvious water damage from the roof in the hallway on the second floor. The security lock on the inside of the room was barely attached to the door..and much much more.. please don't expose you or your health to this hotel.

I would recommend this facility to my family and friends

The lobby smelled very nice going in. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioner works great and was very quiet. It felt safe. The furniture was updated and looked nice.

The bathroom light switch also turned on the vent. It was loud so when someone got up during the night to use the bathroom, the noise woke everyone up. You don’t always need a vent on in the bathroom. It needs to be a separate switch. The decor was a little outdated.

All things considered, a good value. I have stayed here before. Would not have returned if I wasn't happy with property. Met the owner on a previous stay and he was very nice to work with.

I did ask more than a month in advance for a specific room and was told that was confirmed. However, when I arrived that room was not available. TV remote in my room needs to be replaced...did not work properly.

Everything was fine. I would have liked to park in front of the building in the evening and not had to walk from the very back of the building. However, the back was well lite and there was a back entry door.

After check in worked out, good, quiet, not fancy but met our needs for overnight stay.

Having the fresh fruit, bananas was good.

Would have been nice to have bagel and cream cheese and plain oatmeal in packets that you could add hot water to. Only breakfast options had sugar and I don't eat sugar. Had dry cereal with sugar, waffle with sugar. I was able to make a slice of toast. Orange juice was not real juice. Overall, it was still nice to have the option of a breakfast available. I made reservations for two on line. It did not ask the name of the 2nd person. When I checked in I told the lady at the desk that someone else would be arriving later. When my colleague arrived, they would not check her in and give her a key. She had to call me and have me talk to the man at the desk in order to get checked in.
