Extended Stay America Select Suites - Dayton - Miamisburg

Convenient location, close to highway exit.

Room was not clean and filled with foil odors. Bathroom was in bad shape need immediate repairs and upgrades.

The room was not fully cleaned, there were stains in the toilet. The washcloths and towels were dingy, there appeared to be mold in the refrigerator, dirt and buildup on the outside of the refrigerator, the hallways smelled bad, dogs everywhere, and essentially the room I was given was NOT the room I booked. I reserved a double, but was given a single.

Nothing. Will NOT recommend to anyone ever

They locked my family out of their room and canceled the booking without notification. They said they would refund it but have yet to do so.

The person I talked to when I called the main corporate line was great.

I arrived at 12:45am after booking online with an arrival time of “12:00am-1:00. I called three times after booking to confirm but the line was disconnected each time I was transferred to the front desk. I had to call the main corporate line to get in. The manager came to the lobby to let me in after about 20 minutes. She could not remember her password and had to “go up to her room to get the password”. She also cussed multiple times and looked disheveled as though she had just woken up. I’m not sure she even worked at the hotel. She returned and still could not remember the password. I asked if I could get a refund and leave but she told me I would be checked in soon. I was finally checked in around 1:30am and received the key. My room smelled absolutely terrible to the point that I almost slept in my car. The road noise was so bad that I was unable to sleep even with ear plugs and a sound machine. There was no soap or towels in the room and also no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. The bed was a cot on a metal mesh frame and was an extended twin size, not possible for two people to sleep on. This is truly the most abysmal experience I’ve EVER had at a hotel. I very much doubt that this hotel would pass a health inspection and am completely shocked that Extended Stay America has a hotel this disgusting. I will be posting a review to Google. I really hope Booking removes this hotel as it’s a health risk and dangerous.

I really like that it was secluded and away from everything. It was a very hidden hotel.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a pool or breakfast.

They didn’t check me in!

I was left in the middle of the night on the streets! Shitty hotel! Not recommended!!!!
