My stay here was exceptional and I'll Definitely choose this hotel above others in the future

The location is one of the main reasons I stayed here. I don't have a vehicle, so I needed walking distance to a store. I just got out of the hospital when I came here and can't walk far. Any store I need is literally within walking distance.

The Only thing that I didn't like was the price should have gotten cheaper each day due to the property being extended stay. By the time I paid for three nights, I could have gotten the actual week I needed for the price of 3 nights here.

Dont come here without a gun

There is an African man who works at the counter who tried to set my room up to be kidnapped. He admitted to going in my room when I left. I never slept there. Got a refund. I dont think the manager or hotel knows he's doing this. So please do not come here without a gun. I got a refund . The rest of the staff was amazing. They are unaware this is happening. Disgusted

It was close to the wedding we attended.

We get in to our original room and I immediately see the vinyl on the kitchen sink cabinet had been peeled off. But, I brush it off. We leave for the wedding and return to our room after. My 43lb daughter SITS on the bed and base at the foot of the bed folds under and falls. I got a staff member to come up and check out bed and asked for a new room. We go to our new room and it was TERRIBLE! There were stains on the boxsprings. The top row drawer fronts on the dresser were broken completely off. The TV base was broken. There were cigarette burns stains on the bathroom sink. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. And there was mold growing in the bathtub from the tub faucet dripping. My daughter’s white socks were black on the bottoms from the dirty floors. This hotel was disgusting. It was too late to try to find a different hotel. Our children were exhausted after a long night. We had to sleep above the covers due to the fact I was worried what was under the bedding.

MISSED THE MARK ON THAT ONE...

The fact it has a kitchen.

I did not get placed in the room I paid for. I was charged for a deluxe queen suite & I was put in a standard queen room that was not vacuumed, the bed is hard as a rock, we are getting ate up with flea bites (no joke! There is so many fleas in our room that we could see them crawling on the blanket... we even ran our hand vac over a small 1ft part of the carpet and had sucked up 5+ fleas... that's a lot and not good!). We should not be getting bitten by fleas!!!! Also, the room smells like animal pee, the hallway smells like dog pee, and so does the stairwells.

The day was all bad we chose to leave and go to a different hotel

The location of the property was good. The customer service was all right. The bathroom was the only thing nice in the room.

I didn't like the facility as a whole the place smelled the hallway, smell dogs barking smell like wet dog. The room smelled had stains. Look like blood stains on the carpet flying bugs around the room. The beds were hard. There was no hangers in the closet and the TV was too far away from the beds.

Smelled, looked, and sounded like a crack house. Nothing in the room had been cleaned or sanitized. The microwave, fridge and stove were disgusting. Attached is a picture of the bathroom ceiling

Disappointing.

I am a senior female traveling alone and was put in the downstairs area. Most of the other people on my floor were men and long-term residents I think. The back door did not lock so anybody that has stayed there will know that they can get iin and out of the building. I was concerned for my safety. It was difficult to get up to the front desk from that floor.

Horrible service

The room having a kitchen.

Didn’t like the fact I paid for the hotel for multiple Nights online I get there and the lady made it seem like I did not pay she was very un trained on the proper procedure as another customer that’s been there multiple times had to help. Finally after 15 mins of figuring this out and the worker telling me I didn’t pay it was finally resolved. Then she proceeded to tell me if caught smoking in my room it’s a 200 fee when one I don’t smoke and two the whole building smelled heavily of smoke!! It was Smokey walking through the hallways. When arriving I had to wait almost 23 minutes for anyone to even come check us in. As we’re checking in there was a plant that was over watered so there was water everywhere as my bag got wet. This was where we chose to stay for my wedding bc it seemed good online but getting there was a whole other story. I’m not asking for anything but next time you might not have a group of people as calm as we were. That was extremely stressful!

The front desk employee (Jennifer) was super nice and accommodating. The check in was easy and quick. The location was great. It was Near plenty of restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well. Because we were only staying one night and I was too tired to complain, I never said anything while we were there.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was in South Dayton and close to the neighboring hotels our friends were staying at.

We did not get the room we booked and had trouble getting refunded. The staff could not/would not give us a refund or charge us the difference for a new room, so we had to pay full price to an upgraded room. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes and maple syrup and the room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and the sheets were covered in hair and crumbs. The drain to the bathoom shower was also broken.

The phone in my room was broken. The TV remote either needed new batteries or needs clear instructions for operation. The door handle to my room was loose. That is a security issue.

This property is very much in need of some TLC. The room seemed used and abused, much work needed in the bathroom, towels thin and old, toilet barely functioning with a plunger acknowledging the situation. Carpeting in the room and building is old and worn. The kitchen in the room is advertised, but there is absolutely nothing in it, no utensils or tableware. The woman who checked us in was very nice and tried her best.

The property does NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR! Only have a couple rooms that are handicapped accessible.
