Let's see, when I opened the door into the room all I could smell was bug spray, upon walking in my shoes were sticking to the floor as I looked down I started noticing dead and barely crawling cock roaches. This place is infested! I went to the desk to see about getting another room that wasn't. The front desk lady was rude as hell. She put me in a smaller room with a full size bed. I was in a king room before. I asked if she was gonna lower the price and she laughed at me. Upon entering the second room the smell was not as strong but there were still bugs every where. I went down and told her I needed to go to another hotel I was not about to share a room with roaches climbing on the walls, the bed, floor and in the mini fridge. She laughed and told me no she would not refund my money. I paid 80 dollars first this room, we had just driven for 13 hours we needed to sleep and had no other choice but to stay as that was all the money I had. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep between the bugs and the riff raff being loud we ended up sleeping in our truck. When I checked out I told that manager about my horrible experience and he too just laughed at me. I want my money back but can't seem to find anyone to help me with that. So long story short skip this hotel.. Booking .com you should be ashamed to have this hotel on your website!

The staff that I interacted with were great! Polite and friendly. It was also close to were I was working. It was cheap. Those are the only positives.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows sucked, and the blanket was thin. The hallways were over run with the smell of weed. I think I still have a contact high. There were a few dead ants on the bed.

My room was infested with cockroaches, and I did not get a refund in a timely manner

The room was gross and I cleaned, the sheets were crunchy, and there were bugs.

Everything, the hallway smells stink, the room was dirty and smelly, there were holes in the bathroom wall and door. This is an absolute dump.

Simplicity of room layout.

Toilet was not properly placed and sealed in the floor of bathroom. Sink did not drain properly. Freezer had ice stuck all in and around it. Apparently the staff has no vacumes for they were sweeping carpet with brooms and not very well. Hallways smell of old, dirty, pet pissy carpet. Wall heater/air conditioner did not work at all.

No trash cans anywhere in room. Line of outside trash cans line hallway. Rooms updated poorly. Hallways were not seemingly updated. Hallways smell. Bathtub had a big hole in it. Towels and blankets of poor quality.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and honestly in this day and time the nicest person I have spoken with in a very long time. One person can make alot of difference in how they communicate with u.

This must be a place you can pay and live along with just staying as a hotel. The WHOLE HOTEL/MOTEL AND HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE MARIJUANA!!! to the point its hard to breath. Blaring music from MULTIPLE ROOMS. CONSTANT SMELL OF CAT URINE IN OUR PILLOW THAT I COULDNT EVEN USE!!. we had to ask 3 different times since checking in at 3:30pm for blankets and it was almost 10:30pm before I got 1 blanket!!! saying thats all she could bring to us! When we asked for wash clothes because there was none in the room when we checked in she handed us 1 wash cloth and told us that was all she was allowed to give per room! I have 3 people in our room. why are we expected to use 1 wash cloth between the 3 of us!!!!!! the lamp has what looks like fecal matter and blood and curtains are stained as they either had cocroaches or bed bugs previously ONLY TO FIND A COCROACH THIS MORNING !!! this is absolutely the worst incounter. I drove 2hrs to get here for my daughters class.The worker moving bed frames out of the rooms said they got all new beds and was taking old ones out but yet one of the mattresses we looked at in our room checking for bugs was stained, but yet you can't provide blankets and washrags for your guests? Then when I told the guy working the front desk when checking out all the problems he told me they didn't have enough to supply every room with washrags and blankets. He also said he would take care of my next stay if I came back but I am not returning to take cocroaches home with me!!!! He didn't even seem fazed that I was even telling him these things!

The worst experience of my life, you enter the lobby and you are greeted by a dead smell, all the facilities smell terrible, it seems that they have not cleaned in months, the rooms suffer from the same carelessness, there are cockroaches, bugs and mites, the air conditioning and the fan in the bathroom are covered by a mixture of dust, grease and hair, not being enough, they ask for a deposit of US$25 which they then refuse to return, meaning they stole US$50 from me. Please, health department, go and check, it is the most unhygienic place.

Pet friendly.

We stayed 5 nights. No towels most of the time. Ask for spray cleaner and it was so watered down that it didn't even smell good. Saw many roaches. We had issues with our toilet. After a second trip to the front desk and telling her that I wanted a refund and we were checking out, finally got someone to unclog our toilet. It's under new management. They really need to schedule Customer Service classes for the entire staff. Not overly friendly and often it felt like we were bothering them to do their job. One of the maid staff was cussing up a+ storm in the hallway to her small child while she was working.
