Very disappointed

The staff was nice

The hotel wasn't the cleanest my room or facilities. The restaurant on site didn’t have much of a selection. I pre paid for breakfast, but only one person was working. I left without eating and couldn't get a refund because I booked through a 3rd party.

Staff and property was awesome.

The fact that the bathroom shower was was full of hair from another visit. I called the front desk and he stated he would let staff know. When they cleaned up the room they didn’t clean the bathroom shower. Same hair in the drain trap and ledge of shower remained our entire stay

The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. For the most part it was quiet.

Check out staff was less than helpful. There was a billing issue and the hotel manager was annoyed that I asked her to fix it. The third floor smelled like week.
